This is a horrible business, I came for an antifreeze bottle and the employees denied my service. He was extremely rude and I've been waiting there for 30 minutes. Every employee was rude! yelling and he told me I only have "2minutes" to speak to him. I watched him help a couple other employees not of color and he then proceeded on to walking past me while I've been waiting here before all of them. I also showed him the money that I will be paying him with just in case I was getting the wrong impression. The manager with glasses was RUDE! I would NEVER come to this place again ! Annual inspection - easy in-and-out even though busy on a Saturday, and gave me accurate time of how long it would take. Convenient for anyone with a car downtown as they won't waste your time or try ripping you off, and there is ample space on the street / driveway so not too congested ... your car isn't going to get dinged up. Shittest human you can imagine. They said the shop is closed while the lights are on and doors wide open. There are three guys in the auto shop chilling, watched me, a 5'3" girl spent an hour trying to switch my spear tied on in front of his shop, they offered no help. I drove twenty minute to this place with a flat tired, because Yelp says it's open for another couple of hours. The guys is not willing to add air to my tired, no matter how nicely I asked. He said the shop closed. And, I'm Chinese, spoke to them in Chinese politely. All he said was "I don't give a shit, go somewhere else, we are closed." Literally, this teensy shop beside a parking lot in Chinatown saved my life. I had to get into NYC to get my car inspected (it had expired during the shutdown) and I couldn't get there before 4p. There was no other place that would do this on a summer Saturday during the plague. I tried every single shop in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island. They did the job super fast, charged $37 cash and did not ask for any extra work to be done. (I've been to so many dodgy repair shops where they tell me they need to replace the ball bearings in my wheels or something). It's complicated to get there by car because it's on the east side of the Manhattan bridge entrance so don't try and go down Canal Street. Totally worth it. read more

I described the sound I was hearing; the guy drove me around the block, was able to pinpoint the source (back left tire), took off the tire, found & showed me the damaged section of the brake & replaced it. Really rude. I will never come here again. I wanted to get a NY State car inspection and the man told me $37 when its supposed to be $10 because of how new my car is. Next i told him that I don't want to so it anymore because i had to leave my car and come back in a half an hour which I didn't want to nor I trusted the guy with my car anyway. Anyway after that once i told him that I don't want to do it he goes and slam my car door and walk off. Thats poor customer service. Mind you he says he is the manger. Once my i left i got out the car to talk to him about how poor the service was he got aggressive with me to the point i called the cops on him because he didn't want to listen. At the time I didn't know he was the manger until he told me he was when i asked to speak to the manger after i got out my car. My complaint goes a long way. Please don't waist your time coming here , if you don't want to be disrespected or being profiled because you look different then him. Really sad. read more

My car was overheating to the point that I couldn't drive it any further at 8pm on a Saturday night in lower Manhattan and I thought I was totally screwed. No other places were open-- the next closest place was on 95th st, and there was no way my car would make it there. I called Bridgeview and they told me to come over even though they were closing and the mechanics were gone. The parking attendant took my car and didn't even charge me for overnight parking. The mechanics called in the morning and were so helpful and knowledgeable and fair. They explained all of the options available and weren't just trying to push expensive repairs.
