Westfield Gentle Dentist makes that experience much better. The hygienists, receptionists and Dr. Caron are all very friendly and informative of what they're doing and what they need you to do. Also, shout out to the all-female staff. Get it, ladies. Booking with WGD is easy and they can usually get you in pretty fast. Not something I can say for other medical professionals. In fact, I've gotten a few calls in the past from a receptionist calling to see if I want to book my next cleaning because it's been a while (as a full-time student, I often didn't book my next one because I had no clue what my schedule was going to look like six months out). They would call to say it's time and that they were holding a spot for me if I wanted it. I thought that was fantastic customer service. There was also a time something went funky with the insurance and I had to call my mom to come over (young adult still on parents' insurance- sue me), and they were very understanding in my being flustered and confused. Everything was cleared up right away and we walked out happy. Without going too much into detail, Dr. Caron wrote me a prescription and gave me clear instructions on how to use it on my most recent visit. It cleared up immediately. Thanks!

The staff at the front desk were super friendly and I liked how they texted me the forms to fill out during the week leading up to the appointment. I therefore didn't need to arrive early, rather right at my appointment time. I had hygienist Liz and she was so friendly too. She was very informative, explaining everything she was doing and why as we went through the appointment. I had put in the form that I was potentially interested in whitening, so she shared all the information with me (you can do it at home or in office). They also had a welcome package and folder for me with a free toothbrush kit. When I left, everyone told me to say hi to my husband who'd just been in the week before. I was so surprised that they remembered his name and cared enough to bring it up. My teeth feel super clean and I feel relieved to have found a new dentist!

The location, equipment and convenience is outstanding (right near the Palladium but with their own plentiful parking). There is nothing negative about this place. The front desk staff are very friendly. The hygienist that I had was the nicest hygienist I've ever had. She was so friendly and explained a lot of things to me about dentistry and good dental hygiene that I did not know. Dr. Hiple is also very nice and friendly. He didn't act rushed when he came in to see me and sat and talked with me for several minutes. I had to get some fillings as well and my regular cleaning visit so I have been twice now.
