The staff at the front desk were super friendly and I liked how they texted me the forms to fill out during the week leading up to the appointment. I therefore didn't need to arrive early, rather right at my appointment time. I had hygienist Liz and she was so friendly too. She was very informative, explaining everything she was doing and why as we went through the appointment. I had put in the form that I was potentially interested in whitening, so she shared all the information with me (you can do it at home or in office). They also had a welcome package and folder for me with a free toothbrush kit. When I left, everyone told me to say hi to my husband who'd just been in the week before. I was so surprised that they remembered his name and cared enough to bring it up. My teeth feel super clean and I feel relieved to have found a new dentist!

They will do services they know are not covered and ask you to pay. They will tell you that you have several cavities when you don't. The front desk staff are very friendly. The hygienist that I had was the nicest hygienist I've ever had. She was so friendly and explained a lot of things to me about dentistry and good dental hygiene that I did not know. Dr. Hiple is also very nice and friendly. He didn't act rushed when he came in to see me and sat and talked with me for several minutes. I had to get some fillings as well and my regular cleaning visit so I have been twice now.
