The waiting room is clean and modern and kids are entertained through movies that play in one corner. One of the practices I really appreciate occurs at the end of each office visit. Dr. Juntgen and her staff provide a consultation that summarizes the visit and point out areas to watch and tips to help the kids keep their gums and teeth healthy. These meetings involve the kids so they can hear first-hand how to take care of themselves and see the images that reveal the health of their teeth and gums on a computer monitor.

The staff is always nice and you do not have to wait long to be seen. It was my first time taking my 1 year old to the dentist, so the experience was new for me. You go into a closed room that has a little play area since my child was too small to sit in one of the dental chairs. The hygienist and doctor see you in the room (much like at a pediatrician's office). For my older child, she goes routinely twice a year. The decoration in the office is all Disney and for my daughter, I can tell it helps her remain calm. The hygienist is very patient when cleaning her teeth and I give so much kudos for the amount of patience they have for kids. I feel like I'm the one who is the most nervous even though it's just a routine cleaning. Dr. Sanders is friendly and it's just a great experience overall. Highly recommend!

I thought we'd be lucky if he allowed them to even take a peek inside his mouth... Dr. Sukhi and her hygienist worked their magic and were able to do a full cleaning! No detail is overlooked at Bumble Kids. They started the appointment by encouraging our son to brush a stuffed doggie's teeth and allowing plenty of time for him to have fun with it. Next, they introduced him to each piece of equipment before they used it. They did a full cleaning (with the professional electric toothbrush) AND flossed his teeth. He loved watching Daniel Tiger on the t.v. positioned on the ceiling that encouraged him to look up while they worked. The appointment was finished with lots of praise and allowing him to choose a fun prize. I'd also like to add that the office is very clean and styled beautifully. I feel they are taking the right precautions to ensure safety of the staff and guests. The office staff has been so kind and welcoming. Dr. Chad and his staff are amazing! My son is 3.5 and has never once been scared. They make him feel like it's a fun experience, talking to him through each cleaning, giving stickers and extra prizes for sitting in the big chair, etc. We have been so happy! The location, equipment and convenience is outstanding (right near the Palladium but with their own plentiful parking). There is nothing negative about this place. The front desk staff are very friendly. The hygienist that I had was the nicest hygienist I've ever had. She was so friendly and explained a lot of things to me about dentistry and good dental hygiene that I did not know. Dr. Hiple is also very nice and friendly. He didn't act rushed when he came in to see me and sat and talked with me for several minutes. I had to get some fillings as well and my regular cleaning visit so I have been twice now. The staff was really great and eased my anxiety during my filling appointment as well.

Called several times and every time the same answer: "don't worry, we'll follow up with the insurance company ". After receiving another invoice/account statement over the weekend, I discussed the situation again with the office and was then when I was informed that my insurance didn't cover because they're "out of network ". I asked why wasn't I informed before. I would've canceled my first appointment and go to a closer practice who accepted my insurance plan. Had to pay today to close my account. Disappointing experience and would not recommend this practice to anyone. Lack of communication was obvious and not in the best interest of the patient. Costly bad experience.

Despite the fact that the office is always busy and they have lots of patients, the hygienists and Dr. Bozic always remember me and what I was studying in school or later working at as an adult. The few times I had to go to other dentists, when I lived in other states, the difference was night and day - Dr. Bozic and his staff are far and away the gentlest and quickest dentists around. Even though his office isn't covered under my insurance plan it's worth paying a bit more to see him out-of-network because he's just that good!

I had cavities in all my baby teeth and needed serious work. A children's dentist *should* have been calm and caring, should have explained what he was doing and understood the fear and pain of having a mouthful of fillings done at such a young age. He was none of those things. He was rough, harsh, and downright cruel during the several days of my multiple appointments. He poked, stretched, and pulled without trying to be careful. When I sniffled, he told me I was a nasty little girl. When I cried because it hurt, he clamped his hand down over my mouth and snarled, "If you don't shut up I will tell your mommy and she'll come in and spank you." I was terrified, and never told my mother, who thought that my increasing reluctance to go to my appointments was just normal for a 2-year-old child having to have so much dental work on her baby teeth. Several years ago I confessed all this to my mom, who was horrified that she never knew. She remembered that Dr Bozic never addressed her by the proper last name, even after she corrected him repeatedly. To this day I clearly remember Dr Bozic's face and the smell of his hands, and the feel of his palm covering my face in anger. I can't believe the man is still in practice, and I would never, ever recommend him as a dentist for anyone, much less a child.
