As fate would have it, a year after I stared medical school at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Wajdi began dental school at the Dental College of Georgia in the adjacent building on campus and we got to to live in the same building, cooking for each other and giving me a daily opportunity to practice my terrible, fledgling Arabic. As teenagers in high school together, I knew I wanted to be a doctor and Wajdi knew he wanted to be a dentist. I told him that one day when he had his own practice, I'd come get my teeth cleaned. Well, today, fifteen years after we met (to the month, in fact), it finally came full circle. I flew 2,015 miles just to come visit his practice and have my teeth cleaned. It was without a doubt, the most incredibly thorough dental cleaning I have ever had in my life. My teeth feel so clean that it is as if I can physically feel them sparkling in my mouth. It was such a delight to finally get to have my dental work done by my dear friend of all these years and very satisfying to look back at our teenage dreams of careers in dentistry and medicine and see that our both our plans have come to such satisfying fruition. The hygienist, Michelle, took her time cleaning my teeth and was gentle. She even took time to educate me on things teeth related that I didn't know (I found out I grind my teeth and she explained why that would happen and how to prevent the wearing of my teeth). When you schedule an appointment, know that it may take months for an appointment but you can always be added to a wait list during a day where you have flexibility to go to the dentist when last minute cancellations happen. I can understand why they are booked so far in advance. The experience was great and the staff are nice too!

The office is chic and comfortable. Flat screen TVs in each exam room, coffee in the waiting room, on time appointments...it's a great place for dental work. I regretfully have dental anxiety despite Dr. Tiek being wonderful! He has been able to accommodate me with my anxiety and he and his staff are very nice and patient with my anxiety. I have 5 children and although they are definitely willing to help when I have to have kids with me during my appointment, I wouldn't say I necessarily recommend this office for young children's appointments. I have taken my children here, but would recommend a pediatric dentist where there is a children's friendly waiting room and dental staff who routinely work with young children. Overall, I love this dental office and Dr. Tiek is knowledgeable and friendly. I have had a few "emergency" dental issues and he has promptly addressed my issues after hours. I would definitely recommend this office!

I underwent a tooth extraction and bone graft procedure with Dr. Sevara. After the surgery, I…read morecontinued to experience pain for several months. I repeatedly contacted Dr. Sevara regarding my symptoms, but I was told that everything was normal and that I should simply take pain medication. Later, another dentist discovered multiple retained tooth fragments in the extraction site, as well as an infection and a completely failed bone graft that required additional treatment. I still have the actual tooth fragments that were removed after being left behind in my gum during the procedure. What is most disappointing is not only what happened, but the complete lack of response from the clinic. I have repeatedly contacted both Dr. Sevara and the clinic administration, providing X-rays, examination results, and detailed information about my case. My emails and requests have been ignored. Patients deserve honest answers, professional communication, and accountability when serious complications occur. Unfortunately, in my case, the clinic has chosen to ignore both the problem and my repeated attempts to resolve it. To this day, neither Dr. Sevara nor the clinic administration has provided any response to my complaint.
