There was no wait time, other than the time it took to fill out the new patient paperwork, and we got x-rays promptly, followed by cleanings. My step-daughter was expecting to have a follow up appointment for the second deep cleaning - the first was prior to us moving to the Indy area - but they determined it was unecessary. Instead, she will have flouride treatment for cavities. The assistant who did my cleaning was friendly and professional, and asked if I was comfortable. There was a television on the ceiling playing Grey's Anatomy, and generic 2000s pop music playing. Dr. Liang himself was also friendly, and I trust his judgment. The whole atmosphere was clean and organized, and they were an efficient office. We were in and out in 90 minutes, but it felt much quicker than that.

Be aware, they charge more for below average dental work, just because they can…read more My husband works for Colgate, meaning our insurance is top tier for dental coverage (everything is normally 100% covered). They charge a much higher rate than other dentists and I'd suggest just going to another dentist (I've found great care at Waterfront Family Dentist in Geist, everything has been covered under our insurance). The service care was below average and they did a terrible job at the X-Rays, having to get them re-done at another dental provider, even after sending them the ones this establishment took and sending it to them. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I'm just trying to warn others. This is my personal experience and others may find this place great. Hope this helps someone out and saves them time and money.

My first impression of Dr. Romas was that he is not only skilled and very experienced, but he is honest and trustworthy which, unfortunately, are qualities that can be hard to find in the field. My entire life, I've seen dentists that have tried to sell me a number of unnecessary, expensive procedures and this is NOT the case with Dr. Romas. He bases his recommendations off of what he truly feels is best for each individual patient. His staff also utilizes a number of comfort measures that were never offered to me in other offices in the past (a bite rest, topical anesthesia before injection, among many others) that make the whole experience so much better! HOWEVER, I will say that this is the first time from start to finish. I changed dentist due to my work and location so this past winter I was looking for a new dentist. I asked a co worker of mine and she recommended this dentist. I did my own research and decided to give it a whirl. The front office staff was great. And my hygienist was knowledgable, talked me through everything and even made a note in my chart about preferences much appreciated. Additionally, they do provide fluoride for their adult patients. This is crucial and I've been getting this ever since I've gone to the dentist. Meeting the dentist was great, she was personable and shared her advice with me about my concerns. She did not force me into any decisions and said it was my choice but she would air on the side of conservative treatment. Overall, it was a great experience and honestly I am not dreading my next appointment.

It's not as though they didn't know or hadn't seen it. However, after being late to an appointment which was rescheduled I was ridiculed. Call me silly but I didn't want to uncontrollably vomit all over the dentist or hygienist. Frankly, it's a health risk. I could've easily choked on my vomit during treatment. You can be the best dentist but with an unprofessional, patient facing staff you will eventually lose business. Side note, somehow the office suppressed my Google review. He said he knows the perfect dentist who is his personal dentist, Dr Ward! He shared how wonderful Dr. Ward is! I called his office asking for a new patient appointment and I couldn't believe how soon I was scheduled an appointment! I had 2 known issues to be addressed and Dr. Ward found one more important issue. His practice is all inclusive with everything needed for routine dentistry and orthodontia, including a lab where he made me a new crown!! Yep, you read that correctly! The most amazing thing for me was that he provided so many interventions in 2 visits where my previous dentist would have provided all the same things in 4-5 visits, if not more! I also do not have all the words I need to express my gratitude for every person I had any type of contact with! Everyone was so personable and treated me with great respect! Dr. Mohrman (she introduces herself as Giannis) is the first dentist that I not only like but trust. She takes the time to explain things and her entire staff is also helpful and professional. Never had a cavity, yet another dentist wanted to seal my teeth. Another dentist found an indentation in my front tooth that was UNDER my gum line. Correct, not visible; I didn't even know it was there. Met with Dr. Alexander and his philosophy aligned with mine. The same holds true for Dr. Seyferth. I have always had the best experience here. The hygienist have all been wonderful too. All very competent and caring individuals.
