Dr. Wyrwa is great! He does great cleaning with my teeth and my daughter's teeth. This dental group don't do any unnecessary work. Dr. Wyrwa would call me to tell me what is needed to be done with my daughter's teeth has issues. Our appointments are on point! We never have to wait long. Bridgewater Dental Group has helped me get back into a regular routine of dental care and repaired many problems I faced as a result of years of neglect. I had been frustrated by bad work from my childhood dentist. Many of the fillings fell out and remaining tooth material was not substantial enough to be repaired. A tooth cracked due to a bad root canal and allowed infection to decay the bone. I needed to go through a scaling, bone graft and implants. The work done at Bridgewater Dental Group is the highest quality and the least painless that I have experienced. The Novocain that they use is more powerful than any other dentist that I have been to and made me more comfortable. During a check up, the Hygienist made mention of my chipped front teeth. I told her that although I have seen much worse, I disliked the space between my teeth, the jagged edges and wanted to get veneers done but I heard they were very expensive. She mentioned that my dentist, Dr. Nadkarni has done the procedure many times and they could give me a price quote. As it turned out, my insurance paid a much larger portion than I expected and I had the doctor do them. I had a horrible experience. I went there, Dr. Nisha Ramesh took care of 2 cavities. She told me that one of the cavities was closed to the nerve but she didn't give me the option to do a root canal, instead she went ahead and did the feeling. 2 weeks later I experienced a tooth ache, it was a Friday, I called the office and the receptionist told me that they couldn't take me, to wait till Monday to see if they have anything available. then I called their emergency # and the dentist told me to take 2 aspirins every 2 hours till Monday and call to see if anything was available, I called the Dental Care in North Bridge St and they took me right away even if they didn't treat me. I needed a root canal. The canal was calcified so they sent me to the endodontic to take care of it. Very bad experience and I do not recommended. read more

My first visit at this location, I was extremely satisfied with the service. My recent visit was extremely disappointing. The way in which the staff spoke to me was rude and impolite. The voice of tone per customer service standards failed me and interfered with my level of comfort at the time of my appointment. Even after I mentioned how uncomfortable I was with the service I received, I over heard the employees laughed at my level of comfort/comment about the service provided. Completely unprofessional. I was extremely unsatisfied. I did not for a moment expect a receptionist to give me throw back because she failed to communicate effectively. read more

Dr Shah and Dr Wyra are the best doctors here. I have a composite bonded on my front tooth and Dr Shah bonded it back and made it look totally natural when it broke off. The hygienists have all been very nice and pleasant as well. The only thing I will agree with others on is that the ladies at the front desk aren't always the nicest and never smile or seem happy to be there. read more

This dental practice came highly recommended and overall I had a great experience. The only negative I would say is that when I walked in I didn't receive a friendly greeting, I was just asked for my name , handed paperwork and told to take a seat . After that though the experience was awesome . I had Martina as my hygienist who was great and the dentist was very thorough with the check up . They have up to date technology there for X-rays as well which is a plus .I will return here for further treatment. read more
