My car stalled on the highway about an hour and 40 minutes from my home. I called this company and they stated they would have someone else was possible but up to 45 minutes to an hour. I express the severity of my situation because my car was very close to being hit by highway traffic.They were there in like 30 minutes. My driver was Devin. He was a kind young man who made me feel safe and he was very courteous. We talked about life and our spouses and families and it was like I was driving back home with somebody I've known. I have had car trouble in the past and most of the time in the middle of the night it's the scariest thing you can imagine especially as a woman. 100 plus miles and I only had to call my partner to check in once. Usually I spend the entire ride on the phone. I say this because the way that he described the company I feel like everyone I talk to in the process of doing this made me feel cared about. If you ever need to do roadside assistance last minute in the middle of the night definitely give them a call. 10/10

I'm not sure, since the repairs were very costly, but I think the repair quality was 5 stars. They did a break job and after picked up the car, the air conditioner went out, so they did that repair also a few weeks later. The break repair costs were about what I expected, but the air conditioning repair was about double what I expected (me, with zero automotive repair experience). Both repairs seem to be quality repairs, and the owner, David, talked me through them before I gave the go-ahead. I'm giving 5 stars because I think they did a good job. I'm not completely sure I understand why the air conditioner gave out right after they fixed the breaks, and I'm going to go with "complete coincidence" for that one, but it was a very expensive fix. All in all, I would continue to take my cars here for repairs. Thank you Carsmart and David.
