I need to post this review as a woman with car trouble going long distance because this is the…read morefirst time I've ever felt comfortable with my roadside assistance in the 20 years I've been driving. My car stalled on the highway about an hour and 40 minutes from my home. I called this company and they stated they would have someone else was possible but up to 45 minutes to an hour. I express the severity of my situation because my car was very close to being hit by highway traffic.They were there in like 30 minutes. My driver was Devin. He was a kind young man who made me feel safe and he was very courteous. We talked about life and our spouses and families and it was like I was driving back home with somebody I've known. I have had car trouble in the past and most of the time in the middle of the night it's the scariest thing you can imagine especially as a woman. 100 plus miles and I only had to call my partner to check in once. Usually I spend the entire ride on the phone. I say this because the way that he described the company I feel like everyone I talk to in the process of doing this made me feel cared about. If you ever need to do roadside assistance last minute in the middle of the night definitely give them a call. 10/10

I was heading home to Illinois, at night, when I hit a pot hole hard enough I needed to pull over and check my tire. As I was going to the shoulder I hit a second pothole that ripped the tire off the rim. They said it would be 60 minutes but the Tow driver arrived quickly! Bear was so kind and worried about my safety. He changed my tire and said he would follow me into Benton Harbor. Not 500 feet down I hit a another pot hole and bent the heck out of my rim! Bear helped me to the tow truck, making sure I didn't slide down the hill. He dropped my car off and took me across the street to a beautiful hotel. Doug is extremely rude. I brought my truck in for some minor dent repair. They did a horrible job…read more I could easily see where the repair was made. Paint work was exceptionally bad that it looked like the paint was applied with a roller. when pointing this out to Doug I was told "they all come from the factory like that". Then why did it not look like the rest of the truck? Body line was barely there after repair. Mind you this was a minor repair. It looked worse than when I brought it in! Even sanded through the paint on fender edge where there was no repair needed! I also made an appointment two weeks in advance to correct the problems. Doug then told me I don't know when it would be done and that he was busy and I was not the only customer and that he would call me. He does not reply to phone messages either. I left messages over the coarse of three days without a reply that I had to drive to shop to get an answer! Don't waste your time or money here.

Their tow driver was to her before my husband even got there. Probably around 10 minutes after I called. The gentleman was friendly and helpful. They were my 2nd call as the first one was to another tow company in Cass that starts with a P. The man that answered and spoke with me wasn't very friendly nor seemed to really want to help. When I asked around how long he thought he'd be to get to her, he was like however long it takes me to drive there (glad he stated the obvious). So I just ended the conversation and called True's. Both were in our insurance preferred providers. Thank you so much True's for caring and your friendliness. I definitely recommend you.

He brought along some crappy tools and was unable to get the wheel off. He said he would have to tow me to a service station where I would have to leave car overnight as it was closed. He charged me for two tows. Almost 200 bucks. Stay away from this guy he is a joke.
