I need to post this review as a woman with car trouble going long distance because this is the first time I've ever felt comfortable with my roadside assistance in the 20 years I've been driving. My car stalled on the highway about an hour and 40 minutes from my home. I called this company and they stated they would have someone else was possible but up to 45 minutes to an hour. I express the severity of my situation because my car was very close to being hit by highway traffic.They were there in like 30 minutes. [[HIGHLIGHT]]My driver was Devin. He was a kind young man who made me feel safe and he was very courteous.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]We talked about life and our spouses and families and it was like I was driving back home with somebody I've known.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I have had car trouble in the past and most of the time in the middle of the night it's the scariest thing you can imagine especially as a woman. 100 plus miles and I only had to call my partner to check in once. Usually I spend the entire ride on the phone. We were stranded on the highway when our rental car unexpectedly ran out of gas. It was hot and trucks were flying by at 70 mph. We were able to pull onto the shoulder, but were close to the rumble strip. Paul came to our rescue. He brought 3 bottles of water for us, as well as a bowl for our 70 lb. dog to drink from. Paul braved the speeding trucks and gave us a couple of gallons to get to the next gas station. He was very thoughtful and cordial. Great service! read more

I told him the issue I was having with getting the car started, and he decided to try and jump the vehicle given the fact it wouldn't been a tight squeeze to tow my vehicle. To my surprise, he was able to jump start my vehicle. Not only did he jump start my vehicle, but he identified the problem I was having and helped me to save quite a bit of money. This is your place and Bear is your guy. My family and I, including a small child, had a breakdown near Benton Harbor on Sunday evening of Labor Day weekend on our way back to Chicago. Insurance sent these guys out and the driver (Bear) was super helpful.
