In the diagnosing appointment the therapist moved from analysis to treatment without telling me. She started deeply massaging my shoulder head and neck and was hurting me. I told her "that hurts", and then "that hurts a lot". And she didn't stop. I finally asked what I should say to get her to back off and she said to say "that's too much". I should have realized then I wasn't in the right place. While the pain in my upper arm quickly went away, each appointment made my neck worse. The massages and the assigned exercises irritated my neck each visit. I asked if she ever uses ultrasound to warm up the area for massage, or ice after. She was not interested in leveraging either of these techniques. She suggested I apply heat when I got home, but that made the pain worse. After each appointment I was experiencing severe neck pain, headaches, some nausea and vertigo. After 6 appointments, I canceled all upcoming appointments. I'm sorry I gave it so many visits before I stopped. Its the first time I've been to a PT where all patients/treatments are in one big room. There was a lot of chatting between the various therapists and clients. I was not confident about the distractions/attention being paid during massages and exercises.

After…read moreexperiencing severe Covid few years ago, I started experiencing persistent breathing problems, sleep issues and severe anxiety along with aggravation in back pain. All the heart and lung scans, and blood tests requested by conventional doctors were negative and I was asked to just live with the breathing issues which were told to be common after Covid and take over counter pain killers for my back pain. I didn't want to take medicine all my life and solve the root case. These issues did not let me have any restorative sleep each night and also affected my work and left me no energy to take care of my young kids when schools opened up after pandemic and everything moved "on-site". I did visit a Chiropractor in Redmond three years ago who hurt me and pinched a nerve in my right shoulder and I was little wary trying out Chiropractic treatment again. After a bout of TMJ recently coupled with so many health concerns which my conventional doctors seemed to give up on, I found Dr Ben while querying ChatGPT for skilled Chiropractor on the East side and felt peaceful and restored right after the first session with him. Trupti has gone above and beyond the call of duty with respect to my patient care. I had several injuries, resulting from breast cancer surgeries, particularly in my shoulder. She is a wealth of knowledge and even did extra research in order to effectively treat my condition. Trupti is an expert in her field, her hands on work always brought me tremendous relief. She provided me with stretches and exercises to increase my mobility. I even did water therapy with her, which is an incredible experience and absolutely worth trying if you suffer from any joint injuries. Trupti is a very special person and would even take time out of her personal schedule to tape my shoulder when I needed it. I am so thankful for her generous spirit and attention to detail. Because of Trupti and the Physical Therapy Program at Pro Club, I am now back to full strength and even lifting weights and working out with a personal trainer. First of all let me tell you they are pretty good at what they do. They really know human body and…read moremechanics. Analyze thoroughly the muscles involved and how you use/trigger them. They will take a whole session to do this. For me everything went good. The problem is when you bring different injuries and everything hurt. Every appointment they will ask how is it going. I would answer the truth. The physicians should encourage keeping so or so plan (I am not the physician. Otherwise I wouldn't be here :)). But they didn't. Instead, they told be it was my fault becauseI programmed visits with 2 of them. I felt as they were jealous between them and they couldn't discuss patients development between the own team. It would have been worst having an app when one of them was available because there were just no appointments available. That's why I programmed as that so I could be getting treatment every week. Really good excercises but I don't know if it's worth it always debating something when you are the patient, trying hard, and being in a health place. Regarding scheduling apps: I guess is the way Therapy Companies work by scheduling 1 or 2 months in advanced. For me would be difficult to schedule with the therapist I am looking because the schedule was full. And then finding an open window with a short notice isn't that easy for me. If you say no a couple of times, they would take you out of that list. So, I didn't know what else to do. Sometimes it was a little frustrating that they don't put you attention from Front Desk to therapists. I felt I had to invest 10 mins every session to update them all instead of discussing the info. BTW we always started 5 mins late. Again, good nice staff :)
