He rang me up and said "take your F***ing water and get the F out my store". I did nothing antagonize him, I simply was there to buy a couple waters on a hot summer day. I SUGGEST YOU STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!

I gave her the receipt that I was given and she stated I will be right back. She returned a short time later with the reel. She stated there was a charge for the service. I was informed by my son the reel was under warranty. She checked with someone else at the shop and came back to me and explained they deal with the reel company often and stated she will take care of the paper work for the warranty and explained that I could take the reel and not be bothered coming back. I thanked her and left. The young lady went out of her way to help me as she took her time to do so. Although I can no longer fish because of an injury I will recommend every one I know to shop at the Reel Seat. Joe T.

It used to be focused on surfing but this year they changed the format- they barely surfed each day…read more-the kids camp got about 40 minutes of surfing each day, the other 2.5 hrs was swimming or running relay races on the beach, they call it ocean skills, but really they just overbooked - too many kids in the camp so they didn't have enough instructors for the amount of students - i even asked them and they said there were too many kids to allow them to surf safely- really frustrating for a kid who just wanted to surf like the last 4 years. if we know they didn't focus on surfing we wouldn't have signed up

My 8-year old and 6-year old boys took two weeks of Summertime Surf camp this summer at Point…read morePleasant. My 8-year old also did three weeks last summer. They absolutely loved their time with this camp! The surf instructors are incredibly kind, patient and FUN! I watched them challenge the older and/or more experienced kids and gently push the first timers to do something greater each time. It is incredibly well run and we really hope we are able to vacation in the area again next summer so they can do camp again.

Recently ordered a bike to be shipped and assembled at this location. Assembly took a little bit…read morelonger than expected but it was not their fault. A part had arrived with minor damaged so it it took a couple days to receive the replacement. They did amazing work with the assembly of my new bike regardless of the delay. Staff was very inviting and helpful. When I picked up my bike they made sure I had everything I needed before I left. They have a limited amount of accessories, but it's enough to get you started if you're new or returning to cycling like me. Will update when I have to come in for maintenance and/or repairs.

The owner continued to walk around and complain about the caterers and tell the bride and groom what they couldn't do after the event was already well underway. It was raining at an outdoor venue and the owner tried to refuse the bride and groom to get married inside under a covering. I was there at 10:00am to set up and so were the bridal party. None of the venue staff showed up till 5:00pm. The way he continued to yell at the bride and groom was extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. The venue advertised itself as accommodating to customize a party to your needs but it was anything but that.
