Ya think?? You are clearly confused, BMC. Are you using AI maybe? I only ask because I have had Medicare at St. Elizabeth's for five years without a problem and now you have taken over and everything seems quite shall we say, fucked. So I called BMC, waited on hold, talked to someone I could barely hear--she sounded like she was at the bottom of a well. She put me on hold again, and after a while, without coming back, transferred me back to the main menu again. I pressed the option I thought was best and got put into a hold queue. For 25 minutes. Finally I pressed the option to get a call back. The recording said "Do you want a call back at..." and said a totally different number that isn't me at all. *sigh* My sweet Lord, these people have no clue. They give you a chance to enter a different number, so I did that. That was two hours ago. Now it's after five. I put a note in the patient portal, but they give you so few characters to write that I could hardly explain what happened. In the portal I saw a category for "Letters," presumably for the Letters they sent to you? I checked, and it says that I have no Letters. But I have this Letter in my hand. God, I miss St. E's.
