Dr. Bogoslavsky was super loving with my dog, giving her sweet kisses and extra attention. He gave me great advice about suppliments and food that is better for her joints than what she is currently on. He even showed me on Amazon which ones he recommends, so it's not like he was trying to upsell something from their supply or get a commission from it. I was thrilled to see that they are open 7 days a week and take walkins. I just moved down the street and I was panicked when my dog got hurt because I didnt know where to go. Only tiny complaint is be prepared to wait a while for the vet. Our annual visits always take about 80 minutes and most of that is waiting but I've come prepared now so it doesn't bother me much. Anytime I call they always promptly answer the phone and whenever reception doesn't know the answer they always make sure someone calls me back. They do their best to keep the lobby clear which is really helpful with one of my dogs who is a bit reactive. The techs and the vet both take their time with our dogs and answer my million of questions. I trust their advice and will continue to bring my littles here.

I waited several hours until basically closing time where I just f it, I'm out of here. The receptionist said they'd email to me which to this day after about 2 weeks I still have not received, even after multiple reminder phone calls. They're happy to take the exam fee to then ignore me. Shame, I would have paid them s'more to actually get some shit done had they not ignored me. Whatever. So be it, taking my business elsewhere.
