They worked also with my landscaper to make sure the lilac bushes in the way were trimmed . Thank you, we love our new outside space!!

We were recommended by a friend to consider Bright Covers when we were finishing off a recent…read moreremodel. The cover is not as large as we could have used, we did cut down on size because of the cost. The quality of the product is excellent, and the fact that we were able to have the product manufactured locally is also a big selling point. Our family believes in "shopping local". We started the process late summer '24, and from the beginning we told the salesman we wanted to secure the "referral bonus" that was advertised. Just as a "heads up" some may feel skeptical with the sales part - as you do get discounts if you pay up front. I was not anticipating to write a large check the day the guy first came out here, but it was clearly to our benefit to do so. We had researched the company, the product, and had a referral from a trusted friend, so we moved forward from Day 1. This is a bit unnerving to me when discussing thousands of dollars. I was sure to mention multiple times in conversations from the very beginning in the ordering process, to installation, to follow-up, that we were referred by this friend of ours. She had really gone out of her way to invite us over to take a look, answered questions, and gave us a good "run down" - I feel like she earned the money! The company clearly advertises $175.00 referral bonus. During our dealings with Bright Covers, I made multiple calls because it became embarrassing to me that every time I saw my friend I would ask her if she got the referral fee and it had still not come. Now that it is March, and this all started last summer, I got very firm in a phone call about this referral money. I really hate having to do this because you know the person on the other end of the phone is bearing the brunt of something they probably knew nothing about. Our friend did get the check this week. The representative I spoke to was discussing how they are currently working to fix the process regarding referrals. She was excellent in helping me resolve the issue. It's early in the game to discuss durability of this cover/ We had a pretty lousy winter here, the weight of the snow was a non-issue. I have to say so far it has been money well spent - it is beautiful, the quality seems to be amazing, and we are hoping for many years of enjoying our time out on the patio!

I contacted BNext Awnings and Signs (Clark Ave, Cleveland, OH) last summer for a patio awning…read more Initially all was fine and told it would be a 1-2 day job. Well, downhill from there. He did not have enough people to put the 12X19 awning onto the house. Had to call more people so that was a whole day delayed. Job ultimately took 3 or 4 days to complete after hearing one excuse after another. The final job was sub par. The cover over the gutter still allowed leaves to get in and then they clogged the downspout, which only had about a 1 inch hole cut into the gutter leading to the downspout. Rain brought the overflowing gutter! He used a long screw to attach the downspout to the post instead of a wrap. He also put into the contract that all permits would be obtained. I paid for that permit.....he never obtained a permit nor did he have any registration to work in my city. I contacted my city and they will be handling the permit and registration issues. I finally got him back out to correct the downspout, pull the cover off the gutter and attach the downspout to the post with a wrap instead of a long screw. (All of this after the initial Covid19 shutdown). More subpar work. Looks like a 10 year old did it. I will be replacing the downspout on my own. All of these issues took a year to resolve.....which they are not really resolved, so I will cut my losses and fix the downspout myself. My suggestion, bypass this guy. I wish I could post the video of the overflowing gutter during a rainstorm, but it won't work....too large. If I could post zero stars I would, so he gets one star.
