My husband and I rented the Bentwood Chairs in black for our wedding, and they were the PERFECT touch! As you can see in the attached photos, these chairs really brought the aesthetic of our reception together. Bright Event Rentals was reliable and punctual - exactly what you want for any event! Our wedding venue wouldn't allow any decor/furniture to stay overnight, so Bright Event Rentals was able to accommodate an "after hours" pickup between 11pm-11:30pm for an additional $350. read more

We used Bright for our charger rentals for our wedding. They offer delivery or pick up and we went with the pick up option which was very seamless a great option to save money on delivery fees. Everything we needed was ready as soon as we got there to pick up. Their pick up/drop off windows are also some of the more convenient that I saw as we were able to pick up the Thursday before our wedding (wedding was on Saturday) and drop off on Monday which gave us ample time and didn't add any additional stress to the days closest to the wedding. Prior to booking we were able to view tons of options in their large showroom which was helpful to ensure we were satisfied with what we were booking well before the wedding day. We specifically worked with Stella who was very helpful and always gave prompt responses to all of our questions! read more

This company has knowledgeable sales people and a nice selection of products but they made a huge error on a wedding that I ordered. The venue in Sedona requires a couple to use them but if something doesn't get put on the truck, there is no fixing it in time. I suggest you think twice before using them because even though items were ordered correctly, the entire order of a specific glass was not delivered. Bright refunded the money but we had to make changes that affected the whole reception. Very disappointing. read more

You will think that the people that work at Event Rentals care about your event but let me tell you that is INCORRECT Melissa Pagnozzi was rude, didn't reply on time and the worst is that after many many MANY mistakes she didn't take responsibility about the missing, broken, dirty and more importantly lack of professionalism. From day one appointments were informal, so disappointed about this since we have been using bright rental for a couple years now. I hope the company works on improving this and make their clients their priority since when you sign a contract with them you expect that the care as much or more that you do. read more

I could not be happier with these guys. We rent small stuff a few times a year - hightops, linens, cutlery, chairs, etc to round out large dinner parties or special events. Brea Baarts has been our coordinator and she's always been polite, efficient, and clear in her communication. I also love that this place has a really great selection of premium furniture and dinnerware...definitely a higher than average selection and not once have they ever run out of anything I needed, even at Christmas and Thanksgiving with very short notice each time. I find their prices to be fair and I love that they have a flexible delivery and pickup schedule. read more

DO NOT USE BRIGHT EVENT RENTALS. STAY AWAY. If I had the power to go back in time I would NEVER choose to work with Bright Event Rentals. They were by far the BIGGEST mistake we made as we are trying to plan our wedding that's taking place this fall. To put it simply Bright Event Rentals bait and switched my fiancé and I. We originally met with Haley Brandner at their showroom back in December. We spent over an hour with her where we went over the complete vision for my wedding and together created a list of rentals we would be requiring from their company such a tent, chairs, tables, etc. It was then that I gave her my guest count of 150 people. To make a long story short Haley provided me with a quote to which I payed a 50% downpayment on. She then sent me a diagram that I was to approve. That's where everything went wrong. Haley's diagram only had 108 seats... I originally gave her a guest count of 150. So she sent me a new diagram but in order to fit my original guest count in the tent SHE quoted me I now had 3 tables on top of the dance floor and I would be forced to change my center pieces I already payed for (and couldn't get a refund) to accommodate her squeezing people into tables where she shouldn't have. I explained to her this was not acceptable. We trusted her to provide us with what we had originally asked for - and we did not ask for an over crowded tent that had tables on the dance floor where they shouldn't be. That's not what I signed a contract for. I was then contacted by Skott Fitch, Haley's manager. Skott explained to me that he "could not in good conscience put the blame on Bright Event" and I would be required to pay more money to get what I originally asked for. Skott's exact words were "We did not meet your vision with our original quote. If you want what you asked for you will have to compensate further." I asked Skott to please explain to me how this was my mistake - I have been straight forward with what we wanted from the beginning. I never changed my order so why am I being penalized for a mistake that Haley Brandner made when she calculated the size of the tent she quoted me? Skott Fitch was unable to answer any of my questions. He could not provide me with a reason as to why I should give them THOUSANDS of more dollars to correct a mistake he and this company made (thousands because they weren't just off by a few feet in their quote... they were short by 600 square feet). Bright Event Rentals, specifically Haley Brandner and Skott Fitch, did not take responsibility for their actions and expected their customer to pay to correct THEIR mistakes. They should be both ashamed and embarrassed of themselves. read more

Use this place at your own peril! They are unorganized and overpriced. I was planning a massive event in Arizona and this seemed to be the company to use. Their prices are seriously about 70-80% of what it costs to just purchase items outright (in some cases, they were actually more). I don't mind paying a premium for good quality and excellent service but the quality of their furniture is EXACTLY the same as everything else in the area and the service is deplorable. It usually takes four phone calls and several emails just to get a return phone call and the NEVER answer the phone. There is always an excuse for why no one answers the phone but I am guessing they just run this out of a warehouse that also sells used U-hauls. Finally... WATCH YOUR INVOICE! I was getting ready to okay my invoice when suddenly I noticed I was getting charged for things that either I did not order or that should have been included. One instance was that they charged me extra for garbage can lids. When I asked about this they told me it was because their clients have a habit of stealing them. REALLY?!? People steal garbage cans? With a little searching, you can find FANTASTIC companies in Phoenix, Tucson, Flagstaff and Cottonwood that cater to event rental needs. You will also find that their cost will be about 1/3 of what this place charges. Save some money, save some time and save your peace of mind - stay away from this company! read more
