I used this company years ago and left a glowing review ..... what a difference a few years make. I guess the business was bought out by a bounce house company (which is fine), but my problem is that they have not updated their website. I just drove all the way to their location on Encanto. The location is basically a warehouse with no showroom, and was tricky to find. I was ready to order tables, chairs, dishes, glasses, flatware, tablecloths for a party, only to find that they don't offer most of that stuff anymore.....even though it is all still advertised as available on their website. I just wasted a few hours and now need to start looking for a new company from scratch. Disappointing. read more

The people that own this business apparently own Arizona Bounce Around. Here is my experience with them. I wouldn't touch this place with any serious event that you have. Use A-Z Rents they know how to do Parties. If you are a school or PTO, DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! It is a bait and switch operation. I can see why this is a 1 star operation. The only reason they get one star is that their equipment is great and their person they sent to set it up and stay was amazing. Other than that. Their contract is draconian and they don't stand behind their quote. I signed a contract for a date that was during their "peak season". They were very aware of the dates I was holding the event. When I went to pay the contract that I had already signed for one price they told me, "Oh well you are holding your event in "peak season" and it is 25% more. I said to them that they were aware of the date of my event and that they should have estimated it for their "peak season" (They kept repeating this word as if I had never booked a hotel room during "peak season"). I had another estimate for practically the same price and chose this group as it appeared initially that they were the more professional. Boy was I wrong. I was over a barrel and had to pay for the item at the price they requested as this was an event for over 200 people and I had a week until it was going to occur. They were unavailable to discuss the problem, when I did discuss the problem they treated me like I was unreasonable in asking them to stand behind their original quote. The event almost had to be cancelled due to weather and wind. (It was an outdoor movie). I was informed at that time that I would be charged, weather or not. I could reschedule but if I cancelled I was on the hook for the entire cost. It was almost like they were happy about it. This was a school event 5 weeks before the end of the school year. No possibility of changing the date during their "peak season". I wonder what they would have said, "OK, lets do it next year." I'm sure they would have said, ok but that will be 25% more as it will be peak season and prices will be higher next year. What a sucky place. BTW, if you do care about your reviews I'm signing an agreement for over $2000 in bouncy. houses on Monday. Not with your company. read more

I helped my sister setup for her daughter's first birthday. First stop, the day before the party, was to White Knight Party Rentals to pickup the bounce house, kids' table, and mini chairs. Not the easiest place to find but the building is setup to make it easy to pull around back and have your items loaded by the staff there. The guys fit it all in the back the SUV, and gave us great tips on how to fold it up when we are ready to return it. They were very friendly and easy to work with for pickup and drop off. Next time, we feel like it would have been worth it to pay the $60 delivery charge for setup and tear down, if your order doesn't meet the minimum. If your order is big enough, delivery, setup, and tear down is included. Even the small bounce house was very large and cumbersome for us. We did it just fine though, thanks to their easy tips on how to fold it back up. Highly recommended. It was a great experience. We will definitely use them again. read more

There is nothing in this world that my son loves more than bounce houses, so it seemed like a great idea to rent one for his birthday party. However, leave it to White Knight Party Rentals to almost royally screw up the party and leave a bunch of kids with nowhere to bounce...... When I placed my order, over a month in advance, I clearly stated the time I would need the rentals by. Of course I was told that it would not be a problem. I even volunteered for their first available delivery time of 5am to 9am. I didn't care if I had to get my ass up at the butt crack of dawn to take delivery of my rentals because this party was THAT important to me. The day before the party I called to confirm and yet again I was told that my order would arrive before 9am. I was even transferred to the jackass in charge of routing the deliveries who said it wouldn't be a problem. Of course, the day of the party, at around 8:30am is when the fun really started. I was getting nervous so I called White Knight Party Rentals to make sure everything was on schedule. I was told they were "on the way" and would be to me "soon". At 9:30 I called again and was told pretty much the same thing. This went on a few more times at which point I was told some bullshit story about how the truck had a dead battery. Anyway, White Knight Party Rentals was over an hour late to my party. I will never use White Knight Party Rentals again and I suggest you don't either. The delivery people were very nice and very quick. It is not easy to set up a bounce house with 15 kids running around. Oh, and the White Knight Party Rentals delivery people told me they didn't have a dead battery; they simply weren't told when I needed the equipment. I had a backyard party for about 40 people and rented tables and chairs for the event. I put the reservation in on their website and they followed up with me very quickly. My party was on a Saturday and they even let me know they could pick up on Monday AM instead of Sunday afternoon, which was much more convenient for me, and it was no extra charge. They delivered the tables and chairs early on Saturday, which was fine with me and picked up promptly on Monday morning. The tables were in fine condition (I had tablecloths so I didn't care if they were banged up on the top) and the chairs were actually more comfortable than I thought they would be. I was worried they'd be cheap and flimsy but they were pretty sturdy. I did not pay for set up and tear down so I can't speak to that. They just brought everything into my yard and I took it from there. Overall I was very happy with the service and the quality of the rentals. I would definitely use White Knight again. read more

These guys are great. We ordered tables, chairs, linens, and propane heaters for a backyard holiday dinner party. They delivered on time (actually a little earlier in the morning than we expected) and they picked up on time. The delivery guys are very hard workers and do a good job. Like another reviewer said, the contract says curbside drop off, but they brought our stuff to the back yard. The customer service over the phone was very friendly too. They are pretty meticulous with reviewing and confirming your order to make sure you receive everything that you need for your event. About 2 weeks later I needed to add some more items to my order. Again, very nice and patient. Well I agree with Roxana - This was about the worst customer service I have ever experienced !!!! In the customer service industry and this is why I am writing this . There contract states there phone conversations mean nothing only what the contract says !!!! Yep the are true to that for sure as they had the time wrong on the contract and then said they would change to time and when I asked about that after I had a issue with the Toni g of it all they used the contract against what they agreed to verbally !!! I guess you at allowed to say what ever you want and then change it on the contract and then ague with the customer when they question it !!! That's what you get when you deal with this company. White Knight was seriously amazing to work with for our 600 person Grand Opening event. Through all the changes we had to this event, and there were A LOT of changes, White Knight never said no and were never difficult to work. We were changing the order and the delivery time all the way up to the day before the event and they were awesome every step of the way. The delivery guy even helped us move our cake from another vendor! So nice! Once we set up our event, we realized we needed another table. I rented 2 tables, 12 chairs, and linens for our Christmas Dinner. The customer service was wonderful and everything was on time. For the price i would still recommend this company but would ask to make sure the rentals arrived clean. The tables were pretty dirty and the chairs were VERY dirty--the seats were dusty/dirty and the legs and tops seemed to have mud splattered on them. We had to spend significant time wiping them down. I also received two different "white" tablecloths, which with a large order i could understand, but for just two tables i think they could have had a little more attention to detail. The difference was pretty obvious. I hate to knock off stars because again they were on time and friendly, but the equipment was just too dirty! read more

Best jumper rental by far rented for a family event needed to rent jumper, slide and tables and chairs I was worried about getting things delivered the day of the party on time they delivered everything the night before no extra charge jumper and slide were super clean and in great condition. Small mix up at first wrong slide delivered but I made a phone call as the guys were setting up and they quickly took down the slide and within and hour brought me the correct one. Prices are great and no rush to come pick up the items which made it nice kids were able to enjoy all night and half of the next day! Other jumper places I was calling were only for 6 hour rental and 10 and hour if you wanted to keep it longer. So when I found White Knight I was so happy, All the employees are super nice and helpful that I spoke with in the office made ordering my items easy!
