Explained the entire process step-by-step and then did really high quality work. Our grout and caulking looks like new and all soap scum was completely removed from the tiles. He also extended our grout to cover our separate tub, which was a nice plus. Josh was very friendly and efficient. Also, Kyle was very responsive in getting us the estimate, very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend them for any grout or caulking work and would definitely use them again when repairs are needed.

Then when I cleaned the jets, I was so grossed out that I never used the tub again. Beyond that, the surface was really unsightly, worn, and had little cracks all around the drain area. I had looked into replacing it with a new tub, but the way the tub was built in with a cultured marble surround it would have cost thousands, and I couldn't find anything to replace the surround that would match or coordinate with my shower. Based on reviews here, I called Art. What a great move! He gave me an estimate, scheduled the work, protected my bathroom with care, and did a wonderful job. He plugged the nasty jets and made them disappear! He took extreme care to get the new finish to blend with the other surfaces in the room to my satisfaction. He was careful to vent any fumes out of the house, which was important to us because my husband has respiratory issues. He kept me informed about what he was doing. Now my tub looks great and my guest bath is well on the way to becoming my personal spa retreat! Beyond his talent and professionalism, Art is just a really nice guy, very respectful, and pleasant. We were impressed with Flavia's knowledge and professionalism when she came to review the project for the estimate. She asked questions to understand our needs and wants. She patiently listened and answers our questions. During the installation, Flavia came out a few times to ensure everything was going well. She also helped find just the right transition pieces to work with the existing flooring outside the baths. The installation was a two day process. It went very smoothly and was handled in a way that caused the least amount of disruption for us. Our installer was skilled and did a great job not only with the tile, but with new baseboard and a new toilet installation in one of the baths. He was great to work with. Flavia came out one last time after the installation to ensure everything was good and that we were happy with the result. Pro Floors' cost estimate was in the middle of the three estimates we received. But, our choice was based more on our experience during the initial visit than anything else. We were not disappointed. I reached out to Vintro Cabinets to cut one of my cabinets so that I could fit a new stackable washer and dryer in the area where my old stackable unit went (See BEFORE and AFTER Cabinetry image attached). The work that I asked for was completed quickly, but also flawlessly in order to match the existing cabinetry that was not being touched. It was also completed for cheaper than any other cabinetry company I contacted. In addition, Sem and his colleagues saw that a paint job adjacent to where their work was being done (that had been completed by different contractors several months previously) was flaking and peeling. They offered to repair the previous contractor's work (and also helped me get a refund from the previous contractors!) so that it would completely match what had already been done in the kitchen (see BEFORE and AFTER paint fix images attached). I was so impressed and so floored that Sem would go above and beyond to help me fix a problem that they never created. Wow. I will definitely be using Vintro cabinets ANYTIME I need work done. They came quickly, and quickly took the cabinet down, and then replaced it and covered the hole on top. Our cat is safe, and we are happy and relieved. What amazing humans, they told my husband they didn't normally do emergency calls but they were willing to help since our cats life was at risk being stuck in there.
