We hired this company to repaint our front door. Before hiring, I asked about the painting process. I was told, "Yes, the surface will be sanded, and the paint will be applied again." And that "Caulking will also be applied in all areas where needed, and any holes or imperfections will be filled." When the job was completed, it was clear that there was minimal sanding. None of the paint drip marks and other imperfections were addressed. Moreover, they set up the door slab to paint under an oak tree, and all the debris from the tree fell on it and stuck to the paint. When I expressed my disappointment, I was told they would come out and touch up the paint (which still wouldn't have addressed the lack of sanding), but they never came out. Furthermore, he said we didn't discuss "deep sanding." This is something he should've explained before the job, as he is the subject-matter expert. It would've been nice to know ahead of time. read more

Erick, the owner, came out to our place twice, the first time for a free estimate and the second time just to reassure us that he had everything under control. His estimate was extremely reasonable for the amount of work to be done. Our house is quite old, and it was really starting to show its age. We needed a lot of repairs to the eaves, repairs to the stucco, trim, just about everything. Erick and his crew did a fantastic job on all the repairs, even the stucco which isn't easy to do.
