Given the time of day I called, they did temper my expectations regarding the delivery and I understood it may not be delivered the same day. I call the telephone number to inquire and it rings multiple times then goes to voicemail with a message the mailbox is full. I emailed asking what time she is open with no response. I tried placing an order but it's not going through. I'm in the military and currently deployed so I can't call but I can email.

The arrangements are always nice, I have used this florist many times. The lady I speak with early in the morning is always polite. However the time before the last I used them the card was absolutely butchered. My name was spelled wrong, "you" was spelled "your", and the grammar was horrid. I ordered today for an anniversary delivery and the flowers were left at the desk of where my wife works. She never got them. I feel as if 'some' sort of follow through should be made - I didn't pay for the flowers to be dropped off at the front desk, I payed for them to be delivered to my wife. So, I called and asked for a refund. The young lady who identified herself as the owner proceeded to immediately start cutting me off and was rather rude. I explained that it was a simple yes or no answer: may I have a refund or not? After more of her yelling and repeating herself a gentleman in the back chimed in and started to yell as well. A simple "no" would have completed the conversation - I wasn't looking to argue with anyone or be yelled at. I was hoping that they would do the morally right thing and at least make some sort of effort. Instead, I got yelled at. The arrangements are beautiful but based on the way that I was treated I could not suggest this florist to anyone. read more

I was very disappointed when my mom sent the photo of what she received for he holiday. Typo on card and $68 for carnations and mums! I called to communicate my unhappiness with this and the lady replied "I'm sorry we didn't get into the details of what would be sent" LIVE AND LEARN. I will add photo. read more

I was given this florists number from another local florist that does not deliver into Leehigh Acres. After, letting the phone ring about 8 times someone finally answered (you are in business....three rings should be the maximum wait time!). I waited because I needed to get flowers out for a birthday girl ASAP and I was ordering from out of state. The woman who answered was very pleasant and helpful, she took down my order and information in an efficient manner. She could not guarantee my flowers in the timeframe requested but, she said they would do their best. The flowers arrived in a timely manner to the recipient and they were lovely. I live in Chicago and wanted to find a florist near where my niece lives in Fort Myers because she was on her way to hospital to have emergency surgery. I found this florist on the internet and deicded to give them a try. I am so happy that I did! Hollie prepared my arrangement for my niece and did such an amazing job. The flowers made my niece so very happy. Personnel at the hospital adored them. You could tell that Hollie put her heart and soul into making this arrangement. She made my 14 year old niece forget about her pain for a little while and it was all worth it! After choosing Bright Petals Florist from the Internet two weeks ago,I contacted them about preparing flowers for my Mother's funeral in LaBelle, Fl. I spoke with the owner, Laurie and she very graciously agreed to deliver the flowers to LaBelle even though they normally don't deliver there. She worked with me to customize the arrangement by color and style, reassuring me she knew what I wanted. The arrangement she prepared for the casket was absolutely gorgeous and I was so happy after arriving at the funeral home to see that they were just as lovely as I had hoped for.
