The others either overcharged or didn't seem to know what they were doing, he stood out immediately for his professionalism and integrity. Even though we're a bit out of the way and our pool requires more attention than most, he never complained and has consistently gone above and beyond. Our pool has never looked better. Its crystal clear, perfectly balanced, and always ready for use. Brandon shows up when he says he will, communicates clearly, and takes real pride in his work. Rick was very responsive at the get go during my evaluation phase, up until after I gave him my business and he completed the job. I knew Nick was different right off the bat. Of all the people I reached out to, he was the only…read moreone that tried to help first, instead of just throwing a Service Fee at me. He did his best to troubleshoot over the phone, but once I hit a road block, I just asked him to come out to fix it. He was prompt with scheduling, and got me in the same week. He even offered to come out sooner but I couldn't because of work. I was having issues with an error code the hot tub was giving, and Nick was able to pinpoint it to one of two errors while troubleshooting. He tried the cheaper fix before going into the big fix and luckily for me, it worked! I was very pleased with his prompt service, professionalism, and extensive knowledge and experience in his field.
