If I could give these clowns a negative review I would. Bought a house in the area and these morons Cameron and Cory bought a truck and a net and call themselves a pool cleaning service. They burnt up my pool pump, drained my jacuzzi, burnt up my heater, wired the solar backwards and had the pressure to the jacuzzi turned down to minimal pressure and told me I needed a blower and ripped 850 dollars for something I didn't even need. This day and age everyone has cameras and they half of the time never show up and when they do they don't perform the service they say they are providing. They are here for 5 minutes with a net and the pool looks terrible. I can't wait til these waste of space so called company goes out of business. Thanks goodness a real professional came Out to my house and rectified everything these idiots did within an hour. I started using Clean Sweep towards the end of 2017 and I am very happy with their service. Mike L. is my service tech and he is always at my house every Friday before noon. I get an emailed report on what was added to my pool as far as chemicals go and am also sent a photo of my nice clean pool. This is a great feature if you want to know if your pool man was actually at your house. ;-) Due to all the rain we've had, my pool water was pretty close to the top of the pool and I was extremely nervous that it would overflow. I called Clean Sweep and the owner came out to drain the pool just enough to keep it from overflowing. What a relief it was when he said he'd come out to do that for me, he even came back later in the day to check on the pool. I was most impressed with his knowledge and his ability to diagnose my pool and offer me a plan to get everything back in order. His prices are reasonable and his laidback demeanor made it real easy to communicate with him. He employs an app which helps aid in communication. This will help keep the company accountable and me in the loop with all things pool related. I was left so impressed after the first meeting with Cameron that I felt compelled to write a review even before the first service! I've had a pool for over 25 years. I started using Clean Sweep, with Mark several years ago with good service. In fact, he serviced two pools for me! After the business was sold to Cameron, I had nothing but trouble. They didn't show up all the time, invoices were inconsistent, charged for things that never happen etc. (We have cameras on the backyard so we can see when they came and what they did.) The pool remained green for over three weeks. I came home right after they said they serviced to try and catch them and talk to the serviceman. It was really bad so I called and Cameron and came out. I was immediately met with an aggressive and derogatory demeanor. At first, Cameron wouldn't even look at me. He threw his equipment on the ground. I asked him what was wrong and basically told me the ONLY way to fix the pool was to empty it and start over! After asking him several questions, he got very angry, threw his stuff down and basically said he was done servicing. He turned and walked out. Very immature and unprofessional as a business owner. After he left, we opened the filter, it was absolutely terrible. Although we had been charged extra for cleaning it, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in several years. Never did he mention anything after three weeks of "brushing" a green pool. We took a sample of the water into Leslies Pool (very very helpful) and within one day the pool was sparkling clean again. Then? He refused to send me a statement of services to settle. He sent an invoice with a late payment added! So, when you read these good reviews, it was MARK who owned the company. The new owner, Cameron is absolutely terrible! I would NEVER recommend Cameron for professionalism, knowledge or business acumen. He is threatening, condescending and has a bad attitude. read more

Very unhappy recently with my service. I had this company in use for over 3 years and it was good until an apparent change in ownership. I was charged for a filter cleaning in May--which it was due for--- but after the filter clean my jacuzzi kept dumping water and all of a sudden my heater didn't work. I called multiple times asking for service and was told it would have to be outsourced to another person named Jeff. I kept waiting for Jeff to call me and I finally was able to track him down--several weeks later--as he was the serviceman that had initially gone over how my pool worked when it was first in. He was able to fix it all and he had never been told about my need for service. Starting this month the weekly service was still being completed but the days changed and the technicians were coming to my house on different days and I wasn't communicated with. I also had 2 different techs--again no communication. I had to call and ask for my bill for the past 2 months as I hadn't received. Then--I came home from work last weekend ready to enjoy my pool only to find my pool was green and algae covered. I called the company and never received a call so I called another company and they came out the same day. They showed me that the filter and the salt cell had not been cleaned. I reached out to the owner and pretty much got the run around-- denied any of the issues I had. I sent in pictures to show what was found and then had another person reach out to me requesting more pictures. I work a lot of hours and just want to enjoy my pool and I'm not going to quibble over a couple of hundred dollars but I am going to tell my story in hopes that others won't have the same experience I've had recently.
