It was very impressive that he took the time to do that. The other staff was very friendly also. I was in and out pretty quick. Picking up the clothes was the same. Nice and easy. The only thing to remember is that you have to prepay when you drop your clothes off. Not a big deal but I had accidentally left without my wallet. They were gracious enough to break the rules and offered to let me pay when I pick up. This is now my go-to cleaners!

These are brand new shirts I haven't worn yet. I told them I needed my dry cleaning done Wednesday morning. I made a point to specifically tell them that. When I get there they said it wasn't done. When I asked why it wasn't I they lied and said I never told them. They said they wouldn't charge me for the laundry. All of the garments I dropped off need dry cleaning not laundry. When I dropped off my dry cleaning they wouldn't give me a quoted price or estimate. I asked them how much each item was the price the older woman gave me was lower than what I was charged. I asked why that was and she lied again saying that was what she originally told me. Even with the supposed discount it was still significantly more than other shops I've gone to in the past. While marking the dresses, the staff told us the price would be "$130," which we believed was for both. When we got to the register, we were suddenly told the total was "$303." This was shocking and completely unreasonable, especially since the dresses only cost $29 each. On top of that, they tried to add another $20 for minor strap adjustments. There was no clear price list, and when I asked for one, I was refused. When we questioned the pricing, the staff became defensive and blamed us for the "misunderstanding." My sister paid $20 just to avoid further conflict. After I left and came back asking again for a price list, the situation escalated--another staff member came out yelling, and I was told to leave. They eventually refunded the $20. Overall, this place is extremely overpriced, lacks transparency, and the customer service is very unprofessional and rude. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business to anyone.

I've heard better things than I experienced…read more Two sport coats were supposed to be done on the 15th. I gave them extra time and showed up on the 18th. It wasn't ready so they said come on the 20th. I showed up on the 22nd and both of may coats were literally laying on the floor but no work was done. I don't really care that much about the delay cuz I was told "He's the best!" But then seeing to coats on the floors and not even touched, I was a little annoyed. Then they told me to come back in a few hours ...that was even more annoying knowing this project was only an hour or two of work. I'll probably stop by tomorrow (3rd) and see how we're doing. I'm guessing they are done and the third date is the charm. Honestly if this was my business, I'd give the service without charge...I'm not looking for that, but that is the right thing to do. I left the jacket and when I came back the top part of the zipper track where a plastic cap was located was ripped off and the zipper track was messed up and she told me that the jacket could not be fixed (per pictures). The zipper track was fine when I took the jacket in and only the zipper had come off. She literally destroyed my relatively new jacket and did not fix my problem and did not even tell me she altered the jacket in attempt to fix it. I wish she would have been upfront about not being able to fix my jacket versus further wrecking it and leaving it unrepairable. I will not be coming back
