The only response from them was to refund the $400 they charged me for cleaning. The form they make you sign they say excluded them for any liability for damage. I guess I expect damage to be a button cut off or something but not he material completely shredded. I am now out $5000 in draperies.

He said it was ready, and I drove 25 minutes to pick it up, the holes had not been repaired. After more messages left with no response, I'm done. This service is despicable. If you want damaged clothing with no accountability, take your clothes here. Too many other places that will treat you right.

I dropped off my clothing on a Monday and was able to pick it up on a Wednesday w/o issue. I unfortunately, do not know their regular prices. I used a coupon form the back of a Tom Thumb receipt. They accepted the coupon when I dropped off my clothing. The most important part about all this is yes, my clothing was clean on pick up. I dropped off a suit jacket, two pairs of pants and my wife's skirt. Everything looked great when I picked them up. I will be using them (with a coupon) in for my future dry cleaning needs.
