Their tailoring is good quality. A bit expensive but very reliable. Friendly service.

I got two pairs of jeans tailored. The seamstress was friendly and did a great job at fixing the lengths/waists of the pants I brought in.

The seamstress is Korean but speaks English well enough that I have confidence she'll understand what I want.

I have been meaning to write this review for a while. Do not go here. I am not one to complain on…read morepublic review sites, but my experience was so bad that I hope I can save at least a few people the trouble. I took a dress here to get altered for a black tie wedding, and when I went to pick it up, she had completely ruined it. The dress was unwearable. There was a keyhole opening on the chest that was crooked, and the nipple seams were 2 inches or more above where they were supposed to be. After I brought this to her attention, she told me it was unfixable. I asked for my money for the tailoring back (as at this point the cost of the dress to me was a sunk cost), and she got extremely upset with me, saying over and over again, "no, i fixed it". At the end, she shoved (literally shoved, she did not hand it to me, it was very aggressive) $30 my way, even though I paid $70, and shouted what I can only assume was an expletive at me as I left because it was clear she wasn't going to fix my dress or give me my money back. Save yourself the frustration, the money, and the dress.

I came in to have my wedding dress altered (not a full blown dress, midi dress for civil…read moreceremony/reception). I originally thought I just needed the bust taken in but the owner helped me fit it better by raising the waist area and suggestion I also take that area in as well. I was surprised how quickly she was able to get it done, as there was a corset, buttons and zipper involved. I brought it in on a Saturday afternoon and she had it done by Wednesday after. It really fit me very well and I couldn't even tell where it had been altered, it was seamless! She quoted me $92 which I think is pretty fair given the amount of complexity in the bodice of the dress. My fiancé has come here before to get his pants hemmed and it has always been extremely fast and good value. Last time his cost $15, so I would say more than acceptable pricing.

EXCEPTIONAL!! I was turned away by four tailors in the area prior to finding these amazing,…read moreexperienced, professional people. I am pregnant and was a bridesmaid in a wedding and my dress was very tight. They said they could help me, had me come in and had no issue finding a way to make it work. They had it done much faster than I assumed it would take too, less than a week, and was very affordable. So grateful to them.

Title / Rating: 1 Star - Damaged garment, refused accountability…read more I brought a pair of shorts here solely for a standard zipper replacement. When I picked them up, the original work was unacceptable. The sizing had been changed when they installed the new zipper. Bringing this to their attention, they agreed to try and give inches back. Upon pickup of the attempted fix, however, the metal buckle and buttons had been altered to the point where they no longer close, and the zipper work left the garment completely unwearable. When I brought this to the owner's (Giovanni Perez) attention with photographic evidence requesting a resolution, I was told they "did nothing wrong" and refused to take any responsibility or offer a refund. Buyer beware: if your clothes are damaged in their care, they will not stand behind their work or make it right. Photos attached. You can see how they put the button and clasp on top of one another so neither is functional, and how they moved the hook twice (once during the original tailoring, which they deny in spite of the evidence on the garment, and again when attempting a repair that also crushed the metal of the clasp).
