We came on December 31st, thinking that since it was New Year's Eve, there might be a wait. Surprisingly, there wasn't. That part was fine. Unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. The store felt disorganized and in a state of disarray, and I noticed several food items with expired dates, which is definitely something shoppers shouldn't have to worry about. What really bothered me, though, was the restroom situation. Both restrooms were marked "out of order." When I asked about it--because two seniors in our group needed to use them--an employee told me they do that so people won't ask for the key. That's unacceptable on many levels and honestly left a bad impression. Overall, it's not a terrible store, but is it worth nearly a 50-minute drive? No, it's not. Maybe I'll stop by again in the summer if I need garden supplies--but for now, this trip wasn't worth the distance.

I recently purchased an ottoman from there. I was told by the sales man and their manager on Saturday, the day of the purchase, that I could pick it up on Friday but when I called on Friday, they said it was at the store but I wouldn't be able to get it until I get the email that evening. I never received the email on Friday or Saturday or Sunday or Monday then I received the email on Tuesday that I have to schedule it for the following Friday. I have been waiting 3 weeks for a small most likely crappy ottoman. I had previously purchased a dinning set and work bar that splintered and had paint chipping after 3 months. They have horrible and deceptive sales people who are lazy and incompetent and their customer service tries to help but can't because of the store sales and management.

LouLou Belle seems to have different things for sale. They have something for anyone. Things that make cute gifts that are different. I called and they sent a repair man 1 month later. Shortly thereafter it broke down again. It then took 6 weeks for someone to come. Now the whole bed is on the floor and Value City told me to contact the Warranty Company and they don't respond. My other bedroom set was on clearance, I sat on it on day and the whole side fell and the drawers screws fell apart. Value City said there is nothing they can do since it was a clearance. This is their legal way of protecting themselves and taking advantage of the customers. They are selling furniture that is "DRY-ROTTED!! Save your money their warranty company never contacted me

I have found some incredible pieces 40s - 70s (is my style) and because the owner gets so much stuff her prices are very reasonable. If you're into vintage clothing and you have time to search this is where you will find the best dresses. Most are a set $25 but she has the rarest stuff. Rockabilly heaven if you're into clothing. I wish it was sized but that's a tall order for how much stuff she has. Love it!
