When I entered the Homewood, Illinois store, it could have been maintained better. When it was time for me to check out, the Associate (Luz) that identified herself as a manager called me to the register, then suddenly without a word she walked away to another register and started answering questions for another employee. To my surprise she then took the phone from the Associate and started answering questions from the caller and I could hear it was about a phone cord/charger. She left a customer standing there to talk about a phone charger ARE YOU KIDDING ME? What happened to GREAT Customer Service? I try to support South Suburban Businesses when I'm in the AREA but after this I'm tempted to return everything. 2020 What happened to Great Customer Service? Why are we paying for bad customer service? I had a total of 3 items. She could have rang me up then assisted the Associate with the person on the phone I'm very upset about paying for bad services.

I checked out a few different places, between Orland, Mokena, and Bolingbrook and happened to stop in at Factory's location in Midlothian. I found that they have access to the same Ashley line I was looking at, at a much better price. I ended up getting a couch from them, too, also at a great price and my entire experience left nothing to be desired. I will certainly return to them for future needs and have already told anyone that mentions furniture, about their establishment. Great job, guys!

Was suppose to come with 2 nightstands, king loft bed, 5 drawer dresser and then a dresser w/ mirror that lights up. Well......... FIRST ISSUE the bed was missing all of the hardware so my bed frame is sitting in pieces on the bedroom floor. Won't get the missing pieces for another week and I have my new mattress being delivered today that will have to be on the floor in the living-room(had to rearrange the living-room for the new mattress to lay) because again my bedroom has the bed pieces all over until I receive the hardware pieces next week. SECOND ISSUE, the light on the mirror does not work. Tried multiple outlets. Also have to wait a week for replacement. THIRD ISSUE, one of the nightstands had a softball size hole in the back of it! And have to wait a week for replacement. YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! THREE ISSUES IN ONE DELIVERY IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!!! As a first time buyer at Bobs I am VERY frustrated, disappointed, upset and pissed off. I spoke with multiple customer service reps(one of them named Diego hung up on me). They were "nice" but no urgency for solution. The only solution is to wait a week for new items. I shouldn't have to wait a damn week! WTF!! They should have arrived today with NO issues. This is crap! I've already waited a week and a half for the delivery. They need to start inspecting the items before they go out for delivery. HOW can you deliver half of a bed?
