Very disappointed. I've been to an Ollie's in another city and was very impressed, so I decided to give this location a try--even though it's a 43-49 minute drive from my home. We came on December 31st, thinking that since it was New Year's Eve, there might be a wait. Surprisingly, there wasn't. That part was fine. Unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. The store felt disorganized and in a state of disarray, and I noticed several food items with expired dates, which is definitely something shoppers shouldn't have to worry about. What really bothered me, though, was the restroom situation. Both restrooms were marked "out of order." When I asked about it--because two seniors in our group needed to use them--an employee told me they do that so people won't ask for the key. That's unacceptable on many levels and honestly left a bad impression. Overall, it's not a terrible store, but is it worth nearly a 50-minute drive? No, it's not. Maybe I'll stop by again in the summer if I need garden supplies--but for now, this trip wasn't worth the distance. read more

I know it says bargain outlet, but I haven't found the actual bargains. Everything can be bought somewhere else for the same price or less. The store isn't very clean. There is little to no actual service if you have a question. The selection is odd. There are just better discount stores around. read more

I had a feeling before entering that it was going to be a hodgepodge of merch. The store was messy and smelled strongly of Marijuana. Some household items, food items, and books. Items are reasonably priced. If you have patience to dig around and not sure what you may need for the home, check them out. read more
