The work took about 35 minutes and he had all necessary parts. He also cleaned out dryer from top to bottom. My dryer has NEVER sounded so quiet and smooth. He checked over my washer and said it was broken and with the costs of repair being over $1,000, it would be best to purchase a new washer one, to which I agreed. I requested his assistance in making the purchase. He agreed and said he'd stop by Home depot to see what they had in stock and phone me. In the meantime, my cleaning lady stopped by and was going to do my laundry, but I told her the washer was broken. She replied "nonsense." The she went over to the washer and started it right off. Laughingly she said yo pull the on/off button, you don't push it. So, my washer was in fact fine. It wasn't broken, and I didn't need a new one like Nazar said. And he never did phone me back like he said he would. However, he was polite and only charged me $35.00 for his house call.

I wish they had said that sooner as now it's 1:30 and I am scrambling to get someone out today, I don't appreciate the wasting of my time as I let them know 2 hours ago I prefer to have service today as it is my day off.
