I tried to call no answer, so I sent another text. The reply was asking me kindly to wait. I waited 2 hours only to be informed they could not come for 3 days. I wish they had said that sooner as now it's 1:30 and I am scrambling to get someone out today, I don't appreciate the wasting of my time as I let them know 2 hours ago I prefer to have service today as it is my day off. Not ok to say your repair man is off tomorrow so he can come Thursday after making me wait 2 hours for a reply. (apparently there is only 1 repair person) Value, I will have to let you know.
