I saw one or two reviews complaining what they were charged or quoted- as if 1HA would try to cheat them. Let me tell you something- anyone who complains about their price doesn't understand value. He may not be the cheapest repair person per hour, but he's more than worth it. Before scheduling a service call, I asked him if he thought leaving the dryer unplugged for a while might help. Instead of trying to sell me a service visit, he was completely honest and said it actually might fix the problem. I left it unplugged for about 20 minutes, plugged it back in, and the error message disappeared. The dryer has been working perfectly since. I'm leaving a five-star review for several reasons. In this day and age, it often feels like customer service isn't what it used to be. The fact that someone took the time to respond to me on a Saturday--when he was likely home with his family--and genuinely tried to help without immediately charging me says a lot about his character and his business.
