Ordered two arrangements for Valentine's Day and when I called the store multiple times to see if I could pick them up nobody answered all day. Items were finally delivered at 7:30 at night and delivery driver banged on the door and cussed my child who was too afraid to come to the door because of the banging. Sent fruit basket for friends family funeral. 1.) ordered additional fully dipped strawberries that did not arrive. 2.) friend received text that basket if fruit was left outside. She didn't arrive home from funeral prep for four hours. 3.) I filed complaint and they called my friend to ask her to count how many pieces were in the now melted arrangement. 4.) Staff was not aware that according to the webs that the delivery was not supposed to be left that a note was supposed to be on door regarding the deliver. I do not recommend. read more

Placed an order and it was never delivered. They charged my credit card immediately. I left several vm because they don't answer their phone, No response from them. Emailed the corporate office who assured me I'd get a call back from the local store where I had placed NY order in 48 hours. Waited 3 days, tried to call them again, got vm. Never heard from anyone on my $147.00 order. Extremely disappointed in the poor service and bad customer service. ​ read more

Do not and I repeat do not order from this store. They have failed twice on delivering an order. This happened about two years ago and again today. Save your money and do not order from the store!!! When you call their customer service they state they're open till 7 PM however they close at 5 PM no one answers. Voicemail is not taking voicemails so you can't even leave a message. This is such a horrible business I don't know how they can stay in business with poor management. read more

This was a huge disappointment and stressful to get. It was super easy to order and things like that until I noticed the day it was supposed to be delivered. It wasn't here! So I checked my email and it said delivered. They lost my order. They had no idea where it went. I tried to get ahold of the store for two days and the store owner said he would call me and never did!! Customer service was super nice but this location is a mess. They said because of the order being lost they would add some extra fruit and they didn't even bring that. I don't care about the extra fruit or anything but it's disappointing when u can't get ahold of anyone after something you paid money for doesn't show up. Wouldn't do this again. read more

Terrible experience. Ordered days in advance for Mother's Day. Order did not show up. Someone called my mother at 9:30 pm on Sunday to see if she still wanted it. She declined, and was told they would refund me and bring it anyway on Monday. I just wanted my money back. They did drop off something on Monday night, late, 6:30pm. I had to call there Tuesday, 2 days after mother's day and ask for the refund. So awful, if i sent it to someone, other than my mom, whom I called to see if she received it. Then I would have never known it was late. I received no email about the delay. I also paid extra for delivery, even though their website advertises "free delivery". horrible and embarrassing at the giver. I understand mistakes, but the follow up was horrible. read more

I was very disappointed with my most recent experience with Edible Arrangements. I ordered a sympathy arrangement two weeks ago through this location, only to find out later (after doing my own research) that the store was temporarily closed. The order should have never gone through online if this was the case. So I called another store close by, and they were able to fill my order (which is a completely different story, but that was not this particular location's fault). My grieving loved one ended up getting the arrangement several days after I had originally intended, which was very upsetting. I know times are tough right now, but the order should have never gone through to begin with. Or I should have at least been notified by someone that this store was closed. read more

First, before giving a bad review I would like to state the two girls that answered the phone on Monday and Tuesday were 100% kind and understanding but their hands were tied due to their manager. Their manager was a complete waste of my time and not compassionate at all with the fact that an order was placed to be delivered on Saturday the day before Mother's Day but failed to be delivered (which only told by the kind girl on the phone on that Monday). I was told the manager had my number and would call but failed to do so yet again. Now, today (Tuesday) another kind girl answered the phone and understood my frustration at the fact my mom's Mother's Day gift has yet to be delivered and also the manager was careless in not calling me back. I called corporate to report the manager and told them if this isn't resolved today I'm reporting fraud to my bank. Corporate was 100% kind and gave me refund (waiting on receiving). But when the manager of this store finally called me she gave excuses instead of an apology. I told her I'm calling from California and your lack customer service is Defying. I can understand a late delivery or mishap but blaming me and you lack of staff is not okay. DON'T ACCEPT ORDERS IF CANT HANDLE THE BUSINESS VOLUME. Your lack of caring is beyond pathetic and you ma'am need to look at your other employees as examples to lead by because they were caring and apologetic. Those girls obviously don't lead by your example and I'm sorry they have to work with you. You ma'am need to classes in leadership, basic skills in customer service and I don't know BE A GOOD PERSON!!!! Also to say I'm not understanding is beyond crazy when you failed to call twice or properly communicate with your customer that's missing a purchase that was ordered more than 4 days ago. I was calm on Sunday and Monday but yes Tuesday I'm pissed!!! To the two girls that answered the phone, thank you! Thank you for caring. It was definitely appreciated. We were incredibly pleased with how easy it was to order online. We were able to pick the time we wanted ( next day 8:30 am) and the strawberries were ready! No waiting. The berries were exactly were decorated exactly as pictured and oh so delicious good. Our daughter was so pleased with her surprise. Granted the strawberries are pricey, but well worth it. How often does someone get a MASTERS DEGREE, holding down an intensely demanding job, and having a very young family between the ages of 2 thru six? Oh did I mention that part of the time her husband was working midnights or afternoons? Or perhaps I forgot to say these were all accelerated Master Classes? !!!! Terrible! I ordered a sympathy arrangement and the location said they were open online, on the phone recording, and here on yelp. Unfortunately, after tracking my order for three days without any updates, I finally got through to someone in corporate only to discover that this branch is actually closed. Didn't bother to shut down their online ordering option, nor did they bother to check their online orders to notify customers that the orders could not be for filled. Corporate was too unintelligent to offer to fix my problem. I had to request a refund, and start over elsewhere. Very disappointing! I understand that times are tough right now, but this is a simple business operating strategy! read more

I have ordered here several times but never used their delivery service. I always just pick it up, i work next door. The fruit bouquets are so cool. Definitely a nicer gift than flowers but a bit more pricey. The dipped fruit is so yummy. You can get it dipped in regular chocolate, white chocolate or peanut butter chocolate. Bananas dipped in half peanut butter and half chocolate are super good! I sometimes pop in to sneak a dipped fruit sample or a fruit salad too. They cut up the extra fruit they have and package it for sale in their cooler up front, it's about $4 and pretty good. read more

They don't even deserve a one star. I called to confirm the day of deliver at 4 pm that the delivery was made. They said they would call me back. No one ever called me back. Delivery was never made. They totally dropped the ball in my delivery for a 50th birthday that was suppose to very special. They didn't deliver. I didn't find out until I called again the next day to confirm. I was crushed. No apology. They were like "oh well"All they said is we can refund your money. They have zero compassion or take accountability is their poor service. Be careful ordering from here. I did the Christmas arrangement for my second family in Michigan. Very easy to order on-line and I was told that the fruit was very good.

I ordered for my friends birthday and I was a little hesitant being that when I've gotten arrangements before the fruit wasn't too great. But my friend said the fruit was delicious and fresh! I wanted to mention that the man who delivered the arrangement was so kind and considerate! We didn't get his name but he called not only me but my friend to tell us that she wasn't home and I told him it was ok to leave it outside! I'm sure it's policy but not many people would care! I will definitely be going back! I ordered a fruit bouquet for my girlfriend and needed it delivered today, which I then found out needed to be delivered 3 hours after ordering. I called them up and they were very nice about everything. They said they couldn't guarantee that it would be delivered on time but that they would try their best. She then said that she could call the delivery driver to see if he was in the area and could swing by and pick it up to deliver. Which did happen because I got a text from my girlfriend telling me she received it. Great customer service and even better treats! read more
