If you can't cook an egg sandwich the way a customer requests (runny eggs not overcooked) then I understand why you have lost all of your customers, open late, lost all employees. I absolutely abhor overcooked food. The owners were working and the wife explained to the husband to make the eggs runny. Nope he went overboard like most delis do. Dry rubbery eggs. I don't care how many people like eggs that way. I don't. Staff (owners) yes they greeted me but not friendly. Do people think that customers don't pick up those vibes? read more

New ownership/management is great! Monica and her family are professional and run a great business. The place is extremely clean and staff is always extremely kind and accomodating. This Deli replaced Sansotta Brothers, which probably was a difficult transition for most in the neighborhood and I have frequented them many times now and always am pleased with not only the quality of their food, sandwiches, desserts, baked goods, etc. but their attention to detail is obvious never a miss! read more

Great local spot. I've ordered deli style cold cut sandwiches from here and they are hands down one of the best in the area. They've got a unique menu with funny names so you'll have to walk in and read the board to know what you're ordering. I now have 2 favorites from the menu and can't wait to try others. read more

Pretty simple deli. Second owner in the past couple years probably cause it's never been the same since Sansotta Bros. moved. They aren't really an authentic deli and have nothing unique about them, which is my basis for the 2 stars. The staff is nice and courteous but rather slow at making simple sandwiches. They are new so maybe it's a learning phase but even so, they are slow. I go out of pure convenience. I will continue to come back because of convenience but it is by no means my favorite deli. read more

This used to be Sansotta, they were bought out in June 2015 and reopened as Westbrook Deli. The menu is very similar to Sansotta so I'm assuming they knew each other? Love the Sansotta special#6 with the eggplant, mozzarella, peppers, and artichokes! Every time I go there, I'm impressed at how friendly they are behind the deli counter! I was thrilled to be treated like a regular on my very first visit. The service and the food is always spectacular. The sell all kinds of yummy baked goods and lots of Italian specialties in the refrigerator section that you can take him and reheat. Tons of delicious meats and sausage that you can take home and cook too as well as pre-made salads, etc. read more

I order a omelet on my lunch break with cheddar cheese and American cheese with side sausage and toast like I've done here many times. They have me a veggie omelet. I bring back the lady rude nasty and give me hard time about giving me my money back since I no longer had time to wait another 15minutes for them to remake it. I kept and threw it but I'll never spend another dollar here. I'm glad I never too there offere a leaving a review for a free sandwich since service quality went way down since they took over from the former owners. read more

Wow. Our group of 8 stumbled across this little gem. We noticed the $2.99 breakfast special and went on in only to see other more amazing menu items, Greek Omlet was fantastic, and others said the BOBO was the best breakfast sandwich they've ever had, we also grabbed a couple deli items for lunch later the chicken salad and fresh rolls were great!!! This place replaced Sonsotta Brothers. What a loss! They can never live up to Sonsotta. The food here is jjust plain nasty, and very salty. Others from my community agree, an make the trek over to Sonsotta's other location, which is ALWAYS packed, but worth the wait. I don't think they will be there very long. Or at least I hope not. The area needs a good Italian deli. read more

I will never order from here again. I work at the hospital and we ordered lunch. The buffalo wings were the worst. Dry, old and expensive. Not worth 10 cents a wing let alone 1 dollar a piece. And the French fries were cold and awful. The eggplant was old and dry and cold. What a waste of money. read more
