He tried to tip 20% on his lunch bill, asking the waiter to round to the total from the $50 check to $60 total The waiter decided that meant adding a $60 TIP to the order and running the credit card at $110 for their lunch. Simple mistake, maybe. We apparently will never know, because Liebman's has never called back after two different attempts to speak with management to rectify the situation. We were told that there was no manager there twice, but assured that we would receive a call back shortly. Nothing, apparently. Is Liebman's an establishment that targets the elderly and figures that they can get away with it because sometimes people don't look at what they're signing. Who knows? Not me, because no-one from Liebman's decided that it was important to return multiple calls to figure that out.
