This is a well organized order and pick up system; if you need fresh meats, head to the back, past the enormous freezer selection of ravioli, manicotti, and other Italian specialties. SERVICE: you are immediately greeted by friendly staff ( this reminds me of the Japanese culture of greeting every patron immediately.
