Mom's medications are complex and difficult to manage, which led to many problems, including depression and ill health. The skill, professionalism and above all, the compassion and individualized care that Chenita has given to our Mom has dramatically improved my Mom's quality of life - and ours! Our Mom is physically active for the first time in years, is happier and so much healthier and truly it is all because of Happy Hearts Senior Care. I called, Mike came out a few hours later to assess the situation, and recommended Rose. She arrived a few hours later and stayed with us from Wednesday evening until Sunday morning when my wife passed. She was so compassionate and experienced. When there wasn't much to do she offered to cook and help with chores. She slept on the sofa next to my wife to make sure that issues were addressed promptly. They proved to be the worst service out there…read more They are extremely unprofessional, even though they claim that they are trained and certified. They were rude and nasty when sitting next to my dads side- and one of them even pulled my days foleys catheter and had no idea what they did- absolutely clueless. I would only expect that reaction from a care giver when one is not trained to take care of sick elderly patients. When we spoke to management we were told that the hires require to be trained and certified which certainly was not the case. They were NOT trained, and this is a sham and a shame in the name of healthcare. If you are looking for caring service for the elderly, please be aware.
