Lenore phoned me and said she received everything and that someone would be calling in the next day or two to go over our specifics for dates, times, etc. Well my trip is in a week and I phoned Lenore on the 23rd and she said she couldn't find the file that it was probably at her Wesley Chapel office - don't you people use computers? I know you do because I have a copy of my electronic document where you got all of my personal information. I was told she would call me later that evening but nothing. I have no messages or emails from them - so if I can't even get them to get the ball rolling on this how can I trust them with a vulnerable senior. I can't - so thank goodness I have some wonderful people who we know and trust who are going to help us out with this. I would strongly recommend that any caregivers needing respite care - reach out in your local community-many people who work for agencies will work directly for you. It's very stressful arranging care as it is but to be so blatantly ignored by this company is just plain horrible!

Lauren immediately stepped into the role of companion and care-giver and in a relatively short amount of time, has become like a family member to us. She has a kind soul and huge heart. In addition to be a friend to Mom, Lauren is attentive and makes herself available as much as possible.
