I have recently taken over caring for my brother who suffered a severe brain injury, and all I can say is that it was nightmare. They send out people on a temporary basis which is not good in my situation. I told them to stop sending temps to my home because my brother does not do good with change and with soooo many people coming in. They said they were going to hire someone specifically for my brother, it took about 8 weeks for them to send someone out meanwhile, I am exhausted! They send the woman out and the first day I thought she's great! Over a couple of days she's falling asleep and absolutely, could not wait to put him to bed, she determined he was tired, that's my families job, not hers. I could go on and on. Finally, I was told they would no longer help me. I absolutely could not believe it, I am continuing to struggle finding help. I would not recommend this company.

My close neighbor and friend was over quite a bit during the final week, and she is an talented RN who doesn't put up with any B.S. After Mom passed, she told me, "Jane, that was the worst hospice I've ever seen." I think that sums it up.

When we confronted the agency they did not fire her but gave us another person. They did not respect boundaries, we asked them not to come to the hospital to visit and they would show up anyway. The other two people they sent after we asked the first care giver to stop coming were terrific, but I would not recommend the company at all.

Turned the dish drainer around so that it tilted the other way so that my silverware was no longer in the back up against the wall because there are larger pieces of silverware but out in the front where it could tip out onto the floor,I asked why did she do that and she said because it's easier this way ...For who? Her? OK lovely coming into your home and everything completely turn everything around and move everything from where you have it normally and leaving things in other places because that's how "She" said it should be which is completely crazy. I'm looking for my cleaners still and they're not where they have been for years!! What's up with that? Some of them steal your stuff, Some sit around watching TV, ....and some are excellent cleaners, and take pride in their job..... but you can never tell when you're gonna get that!! Some of them don't know why things are the way they are the whole story and they have their own predisposed opinions anyway that company should " Clean up their own backyard" clearly before they pass any judgments!!! When a company starts calling the clients to see if their employee is actually at the clients (and they're not but they're supposed to be)then something must not be right!
