After having a bad experience with another company I decided to give Total Care Connections a try for help with my brother. Total Care Connections was recommended to me by a friend so I was okay with taking that chance. Overall, Total Care Connections has treated my brother really well. The caregiver cooks, does laundry, and helps with anything else we need. She's often around for ten hours so it's a long day for her but I'm happy because she does more than most other caregivers do. She helped care for my brother's knee by calling hospice and properly bandaging it. Sometimes she even brings lunch all on her own so I really appreciate it.
