It'd been a few years since I came to this wash, it has now apparently changed hands. I opted for the less expensive $40 interior and exterior Express, and it dawned that no one removed my wire Tundra antenna nor pushed in the mirrors, as was the case in the past. Thankfully, the sole casualty was a front license plate, bent into a U-shape (photo). Once out of the wash, a young man kicked aside a parking cone and marshelled me into a space for the interior portion. I was one of two vehicles in those spaces. Two other vehicles were being worked on in the detailing bays on the opposite side of the lane, and one owner was doing self-service. It was 10AM on a Wednesday morning. No one attended to my Tundra for 15 minutes; then, I noticed another young had opened the rear passenger door. A half-hour after emerging from the wash, the truck was ready. No one mentioned the bent plate, which I first noticed minutes ago, in my driveway. Generally, just a poor use of 40 minutes' worth of my life, and now I have to remove and straighten my plate. Been using Brightworks regularly for almost a year now. Pay $40 a month for unlimited exterior washes which is their best package. Once you exit, you can either pull to the right and they'll wipe your car down for free, or you can pull straight ahead and use the vacuums and wipe your car down yourself with the clothes they provide. Car always looks great after. Would definitely recommend. read more

$125 for full service (interior and exterior) and I was left disappointed. They were fully staffed with several folks standing around ready to detail so definitely not short staffed or a need to rush through. I should have checked before pulling off, but honestly I figured for that much it would be clean. Stopped at the light and looked around...the seats were wiped down (which is what takes it from $65 to $125) but vacuuming left MUCH to be desired. The cup holders and console weren't wiped out and the glass wasn't fully cleaned either. Bummed out, I was really looking forward to a new car wash place, but I guess the next time my normal place is closed (where I detail it myself) I guess I'll wait a day. read more

Great drive up service with a person to check you in vs a machine. You drive thru yourself and then you can go full service and have them clean while you wait or go the do it yourself route. The DIY vacuums are the BEST I have ever used.....seriously! And when vacuuming your own car that's so huge because it goes quick and comes out clean. We have done details several times and it's quick and they usually do a darn good job. They have both inside and outside seating if you are waiting. read more

I stopped at this place to acquire about a self service car wash around the area. Since I am still new and don't have a clue where anything is. Anyways the guy told me there isn't such a thing as self service car washes in TX so he offer to clean my car for $16 is what I understood well when we walk over to pay they tell me it will be $60 I said no nvm and they said well too late we already started working on the car. I basically had to pay $40 bucks for a 15 minute car wash, my windshield still had some smudges. I left feeling like I got scam, which I did. Don't even stop at this place. Just moved here from Austin, had a great car wash/interior cleaner down there. This place is as close as you can get here. They REALLY worked hard on my interior, I have 3 dogs and didn't have time to clean it since I moved. The interior afterwards was stellar! And off Alberto's review (below), I'm glad to hear the new management has had a positive influence. I talked to the manager-in-charge, he was extremely nice and talkative, we had a great conversation. I bought a monthly package and will be here from now on, and I will be recommending it. Two things keep it from 5-star. One, the monthly package they had for interior/exterior cleaning was still visible but I found out it wasn't available any more - please take that down; you're teasing us because that's what I really wanted! PLEASE bring that option back! Second, the young man who did most of the cleaning opened the passenger door as I got in the car and said, "Hold on sir - I need to put your s**t back in the car." They did a terrible job on the back on my car. Lots of dirty spots were left and it doesn't look like they even tried. The floor mat was still dirty and there was still noticeable water marks on the bumper and back hatch . Really sad because this is the only full service car wash in Granbury. They also told me to get a free detail and wash on my car I'd have to reload my gift card I'd used to pay. I told them I wanted to put $50 on it (because they didn't tell me what amount I had to reload it with in the beginning). They came back and said I had to put $175 on it for a free wash and detail. When I lived in the Metroplex, we had a Kwik Kar wash that did a nice job. Too cold or not enough time? It was the go to place for a good wash. I hoped that's what this place would be, but no such luck. I started to use them about a year and a half ago. Started out good, but late 2020 and so far this year they apparently are firing or losing employees faster than they can replace them. The wait for getting interior cleaned has gone from 30 minutes to two hours . Today I paid for a wash that included a hand dry, but no one was available for that. The automated equipment is good, but without the other services it's not worth the spend. Morale is low among employees and this place may crash and burn. Too bad - it was a good car cleaning service once. read more

I use this car wash 3 to 5 times a week to clean both of my vehicles but not anymore. I pulled in to vacuum my car out before running it through the wash because I spilled a drink in my lap. A guy came over demanding that I buy a car wash first. I told him give me a few minutes to finish cleaning myself up and I would, but that wasn't good enough for him so he called the police on me. By the time the police got there, I was pulling into the car to have my vehicle detailed so they left with no incident thank God. Zero stars! Saleswoman Jessica #7485 was rude when I declined to purchase a $25 wash that she was trying to upgrade me to. I paid $15 for a wash that included tire/wheel cleaning and tire shine. No tire shine was applied. When I drove back around to ask her about it, she had a poor attitude and I requested the manager. The manager said that "tire shine" was the pressure sprayer inside the tunnel that cleans the tires. Then he admitted that the roller system that applies tire shine was not working. Maybe we went on a bad day... The exterior car wash was fine, No issue with that. But we paid a hefty price for an interior cleaning. All they really did was vacuum the carpet and they took a swipe.at cleaning the windows. Did a terrible job. Nothing was wiped down or vacuumed as far as the sears and other interior were concerned. This was a new car with no prior damage. Extremely disappointed. Took it to get washed after the storm that just came through. Drove out of the washing bay with this... New license plate bent and marks all over. Plate was actually bent worse than it is in picture, I tried bending it back to flat before picture was taken. I own a business so I hate leaving negative reviews, but I will not be going back and will be advising others not to use Brightwork's. Offers a complete disregard for customer service. The car wash damaged my vehicle and they refuse to even address the issue. After the car wash damaged my mirror, the manager insulted my intelligence by asking if I knew how the mirror mechanism actually worked. To his disbelief, I am an ASE Master Technician and have been for 20 years. He proceeded to attempt to "fix" my mirror although he is not a certified repair technician. This occurred on Friday, 1/19/24. I was told the owner would be in contact by Monday, 1/22/24. After waiting a week and providing ample time for a response, I returned to the car wash to attempt to address the lack of communication. I was informed that the owner had reviewed the incident and would not be providing and compensation. Additionally, I was directed to a sign that recommends folding in mirrors. This was not enforced and I witnessed every vehicle currently using the car wash moving through without mirrors being folded. Christian, the manager, has a sever lack of accountability and responsibility. Furthermore, he would not give me a name or contact number of his superior. He actually attempted to lie about his name. I was able to easily find Boyan and will be in contact until this is rectified. read more

Really great to have a full service car wash. The staff is very competent & friendly. Good updated equipment.

The quality of work was generally pretty good, but I always put the finishing touches on the car myself. After being a long time monthly pass holder, I moved out of state and no longer needed their services. I notified them via email and not too long after that I received an email stating they "could not locate my account." I called them and a some time later I received another email asking if they had located the right account and did I still wish to cancel. I confirmed both. They cancelled the account, but refused to refund the charges that were invoiced AFTER my cancellation notice was provided. Very disappointing manner in which to do business and when word gets about re their behavior, I doubt as many people will opt for monthly passes. read more

I've been using this car wash for over a year. I've always loved the exterior cleaning and they had good interior cleaning. But last time I went I had to pay almost 20 dollars extra because I had dog hair in my back seat, but that wasn't the problem. After I left there was a thick layer of oil on everything. (Never happened before) and my back seat was still full of dog hair. Dog hair doesn't bother me but if I'm forced to pay to have them vacuum it all out then I expect it to all be out. I would've been fine with paying the 35 dollars to just have it vacuumed and dusted but I was told it was mandatory for me to pay extra so they could clean it. read more

I did better with car wipes and windex. I am VERY disappointed in this place. I was selling my vehicle today and was recommended this place to prepare my car for the dealership. HUGE let down. We waited for over an hour due to the detail and when I received my car there were several things wrong: water spots that weren't hand dried, they didn't wipe down my cup holders or doors, there were smudges ALL over my windshield, and there was a O shaped water ring on my trunk (probably from a drink of some sort). If you are expecting anything extravagant DO NOT go here. Stay at home and let your 12 year old do it, you'll get the same result. read more

First the kid almost broke off my power mirror and when I told him to leave them alone his response was "its part of my job" When I told a manager she ESCALATED this with other crap, instead of being professional and simply telling me it was handled. I was spoiled by Blue Rapids and didn't think anyone could surpass their service. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Brightworks has done that. I brought in our really disgustingly filthy car and after the fine service, it looks like new!
