Worst experience I have ever had getting my car fixed. They have now had my car over a month, for minor damages to the back, they have given me two different dates it was supposed to be completed and it is still not completed. They do not call and follow up with you, you have to call them. The receptionist knows absolutely nothing so don't bother asking any questions she will just give you some bogus info. All I'm asking for is communication and the date my car will be ready. How hard is it to do that? I'm not asking much. I've used this place before and I'm not sure if they're under new management but I would not recommend this place to anyone anymore. read more

I messed up the back door, (Hatch) on my Mercedes SUV. It was bad enough to require replacement. I took it to Campbell's got a fair estimate and scheduled repair. Brought it in on a Monday and picked it up on Thursday morning. Fast service and really excellent work. I was in the auto repair and restoration business for many years and these folks at Campbell's are as efficient and professional as they come. I defy anyone to tell this repair was done. Really excellent work and color matching. I highly recommend Campbell's if you need any body work done. The price was right on with the estimate and was much less than I expected. Literally hundreds of dollars less than if I had brought it to the Mercedes dealership. read more

FYI if anyone wants to get their car fixed don't take it to Campbell's in Granbury... they told us our car would be completed with in 8 days we'll 8 days was last Wednesday... they did not get the door screen in time and then told us it would be ready tomorrow... well they are telling us Thursday. They left it out over night and now we have hail damage. They told us well there is nothing we can do about it... And we needed to file a clam with our insurance company... and then they would be happy to fix it... They are horrible and Rude people.... read more

we took our truck for repair to Campbell's to have the side panel & wheel flair repaired(also a small area on the tag gate). we reviewed the complete damaged area and received a cost for the repair. Was told it would take 6 days. We received a call and went to pick up our truck but noticed the wheel flair was not repaired. We questioned this and was told the repair was only for the panel(and the small area on the tail gate). We were so upset and ask why they would not repair the complete damaged area. Barry said the repair was only for the panel(and small area on the tail gate). We said NO it was for the complete damaged area -panel and wheel flair. He then gave us a cost to fix the wheel flair and said it would take one day. When we went back to pick up the truck(again) We ask why was the wheel flair not repaired in the first place. Barry then gave a reason in auto body terms which we said we are not in the auto body repair business- he said sorry for the misunderstanding- there was no misunderstanding, we were lied to. What auto body shop would only repair 1/2 of a damaged area. If you go to get your car/truck repaired, make sure you take a video (while explaining to the repair place) of what needs to be repaired, This way you will have something to fall back on if you are lied to also. read more

I have personally used this body shop. They are professional. They are very good about sticking to original estimates. The workmanship is done professionally. If paying cash for the repairs they may not be the cheapest you can find. I would rather pay a little more personally for that peace of mind. The staff came across very business like, but still professional. In other words in my experience they were directly to the point during the entire process. The work they did on my car turned out great, I was impressed with how quickly they finished everything and that they called to update me with progress reports. I would return here for work on my car if it wasn't for Larry. Every time I called with questions he talked down to me like I was an idiot.
