I took it to Wrangler's after several recommendations. Boy, am I glad I did! It looks brand new again! I took it in on Monday and got it back on Friday morning, and this was during an ice storm week. They still went in and took care of my car. They charged me less than what the insurance paid, so they got a tip. I highly recommend Wranglers. I took it back in April and had them ceramic coat the whole car, interior, tires, wheels....everything. I am very pleased with that service as well. My husband worked at General Motors as a body shop supervisor and he sees every little imperfection and he can't find anything that's not "right" after the repair and ceramic.

That's interesting, because all the marketing information shows "hand washing only". They're not honest, and they're not responsible. They ruined our top on our very well-maintained BMW with a pressure washer that was directed too close and too directly. The pressure washer was used so extensively that the conditioning of the top was removed and the worst areas had a channel of the fabric damaged. After repeated tries to contact Jeremy, all we got were excuses and "no-shows" and he never came back to personally inspect the damage, nor try to fix/condition the top. I do not recommend this company.

After 4 days I called for a status on my car and the front desk lady started in on me saying that there are 4 other cars in front of me and that she would call me when they have a chance to look at it. I was beside myself at how rude she was yet again. How the hell am I suppose to know how many cars they are working on, I mean REALLY... My car set there for 10 days before they even looked at it. They flushed the transmission. And told me to pick it up I asked is there any thing else you need to check prior to me picking it up. And Thomas told me "we don't fix anything unless you tell us what to fix, we don't go looking for issues" I'm like WTF... 5 days later and $500 blown in the wind my car stopped running again. He just but a Band-Aid on it. I had it hooked up to a car diagnostic scanner and it threw out 10 major codes... (Pressure control solenoid, control solenoid, torque converter, clutch pressure control solenoid, just to name a few) Guess what all leading to the damn transmission. I'm not a mechanic but even I know that you you can hook these vehicles up to diagnostic scanners and find out what the hell is going on. I would not recommend them to fix a toy wagon!!!
