After doing a thorough evaluation, he said I do not need new gutters, rather a "tune-up" would suffice. So here I am, ready to shell out a much a larger sum of money and he talks me out of it! WHO does that? So I book the job and when the crew arrives ( Andrew, Thomas, and Paul ) they immediately go to work after I pointed out some items of concern.
