Karel is very detail oriented and really knows how to handle problem points, like corners, odd angles, weird cubbie holes (old houses). My carpets were refreshed and looked 1000X's better. He came with a big car filled with professional equipment for Carpet Cleaning. My carpet is pretty dirty because I haven't cleaned it for a long time.
