I called H20 Gutters and Roofing to get an estimate for gutters. Angelica reached out and stayed in contact with me, updating me on their time of arrival on the day of the estimate. Oscar and Angelica explained the work to be done helped me chose colors to match the house and trim and gave me a written estimate at that same time. I felt that they were honest and very competent. Their price was fair. I had two other estimates done as well. Since I felt so comfortable with them I called them back to take a look at my roof. I had a leak during the heavy rain. They came and Oscar climbed on the roof and spent a lot of time looking over and under the clay tile. As he told Angelica what he thought and found she explained it to me. I got 4 other estimates for the roof and their price was in the middle. But because I felt Oscar was knowledgeable, really looked to find the problem. I decided to go with them for the gutters and roof project. They scheduled for a week later showed up on time worked hard, took pictures of what they found under the tile and roofing paper and took after pictures and gave them all to me. The cleaned up after each day of work (2 days one for roof and one for gutters) and I'm so very happy I chose them to do both jobs. It was a smooth stress free process. read more

Can't say enough good things about our experience. I was worried about getting the work done because of how much I thought it would cost. Three other roofers came out, stood in the driveway without getting on the roof, and said I needed a whole new roof right away. Oscar actually went up, removed tiles to inspect properly, and sent me videos and pictures before giving a quote. Communication was great throughout the whole process. When they were doing the repairs they spotted some extra issues (including construction errors from the builder) and fixed them without charging me more for the extra work. The job turned out really well and the price was much more reasonable than I expected -- I thought it would cost a lot more. Very impressed and grateful. We had a roof underlayment + tile relay done recently and needed all our (extremely old rusted steel) gutters replaced. We also had a bit of a difficult side-request since we had ten roof beams protruding from our house that we really wanted caps on to prevent from dry rot (an issue that we had to take care of during our roof repair). My mom and I ended up getting estimates from a number of gutter companies, with varying degrees of success. Some weren't able (or willing) to do the additional caps, while others refused to come see the house unless we agreed to hire them. H.O Gutter Care was basically one of the last companies we called, and good thing too! Both of us liked Oscar right from the get-go. He was extremely thorough and noted things that other companies missed. I also liked that Oscar also had a roofing license; since our roof was clay, I wanted to make sure that the gutter work wouldn't accidentally ruin our new roof work. While he ultimately ended up slightly more expensive than most of the other companies we got quotes from, he and his wife Angelica agreed to give us a small discount, and we happily went with H.O Gutter Care for the replacement. It took them around two days to finish the gutters, and the gutters look great -- I have no issue whatsoever with how they look. Most importantly, they also stayed off our roof as much as possible, and the only time they went up there was when they absolutely had to in order to place the final cap on an awkwardly located middle beam. (A feat of gymnastics that I can only praise Oscar for being willing to do, since he basically had to crawl along some foam mattresses so as not to damage any tile.) Afterwards, we did have some minor issues when my mom found some broken clay and nails in her front yard, but Angelica was also really responsive when asked for an explanation. Apparently, our roofer had left all kinds of debris in our old gutters (a fact that I can readily believe that considering we're *still* finding random roofing nails in our yard even now, a month and a half after the roof was completed) and that, while they had done their best to clean it up, a few things probably slipped through the cracks. In general, besides some minor debris, I think they did a fairly good job cleaning up after themselves -- much better than my roofers did, at least. And Angelica in particular gets extra kudos for being extremely responsive even after the job was completed and paid for (a virtue that I've unfortunately learned is rare among contractors). So far we haven't had any rain yet to test the efficacy of the new gutters, but once we do, depending on how it goes, I might update this review. For now, though, I'd definitely recommend H.O Gutter Care. Great work and super accommodating service even with somewhat unreasonable demands. read more

Angelica Oscar are reliable, reasonable. They are licensed also for roofing. They installed gutter and fixed the water damage on the side house fascia. They changed paper and seal the fascia no need to change the whole fascia board. We shall see when it rains how the gutter will hold. We are seniors and they took that into consideration. read more

I was having problems finding a gutter cleaning service then I called H.O. Gutter Care and my problems were solved! This small new company is old school - friendly, humble, reliable, professional. Angelica handles the scheduling, including calling me the evening before to remind me. Oscar is a "no drama, mama" guy - he gets the job done quietly and quickly. When possible, they schedule quotes far enough apart that Oscar can start right that minute if you choose them - nice! My gutters are old and dented but no hard sell to upgrade - nice. My neighbor came over and managed to get their small section of gutters cleaned, too. Now, they want Oscar on speed dial for handyman calls. LOL. (I don't know if he does side work, but it illustrates how awesome he is - my neighbors are fans, too.) Ok, it's hard to get excited about gutters. I decided to get them installed to better manage water runoff to protect my house's foundation, assuming, however, that the house would look slightly worse as a result. I received 5 estimates, and chose H.O Gutter care because their estimate was excellent, but also because the estimate provided by Oscar was so detailed that I also assumed his workmanship would be detailed as well. Not to drag this on, but the work was phenomenal, and surprisingly, the aesthetics of the house's exterior is improved! Oscar and his crew were on time, finished when promised and basically did everything they said they would do. And the communication from Angelica in the office was consistent and timely.
