The crew (Sebastian and Jesse) was on time, super respectful, and made sure I was satisfied. The owner, David, always got back to me right away when I had a question. This is our first time ever hiring anyone to professionally clean our windows after living in the house for 7 years. He was very thorough with cleaning windows, screen doors, and tracks inside and out. We also asked Dave to replace the backyard sliding screen door and it was so new that we forgot there was a screen door there. David even informed me about my windows and how some of them were double glass panel, something I never knew. At first I didn't realize that my windows even needed cleaning, but that's because I had never gotten them cleaned up until this point lol. And when they were done, all my windows "shined bright like a diamond!" :p They even cleaned all the gunk on the white slidey rail part. My mommy was very happy. :) My favorite part is that after greeting them in and chatting with his team for a bit, I just left them to do their thing and they let me when they were done. The windows at the new location I moved my shop to were filthy! His appointment was at 9am and it was already 92 degrees in the San Gabriel Valley. The second story windows were complicated to reach but he was a pro and made the process look easy.
