After browsing the surrounding flower shops in the area, Brigitte's Flowers caught my eye with their appealing arrangements and fair prices. I needed a custom arrangement bouquet to celebrate a white coat ceremony, and my friend's favorite flowers are pink Lillie's. Her favorite color is also pink so I had requested pink Lillie's and pink/white flowers to make a nice bouquet. I called in for this request, and I was met with great customer service! The staff are very much willing to help make your bouquet to the best of their abilities and I appreciated the passion that clearly shines through in their service. I spent $50 on a custom bouquet (shown in my picture). What I received is a bouquet very full of flowers which are bursting with colors and fragrances. I wanted to go local rather than with a chain and found this which had great reviews within the past 3 years. They had a double stemmed orchid for around the same price that other florists were charging for a single stem. I placed my deliver order for the next day with the owner, Brigitte, who was very nice. The orchid was delivered, as promised, and my friend absolutely LOVED it. I called and spoke with Tanya and I just loved her! She is professional, helpful and very nice. She helped me so much and I can't thank her enough. After placing my order I received two emails from Tanya. One was a detailed confirmation and the other was an invoice. I had a gut feeling I would have an amazing experience and I did! I called around noon & my flowers were delivered a few hours later. Tanya went out of her way to make sure my arrangement was perfect & it was. I came in and after waiting only a little bit a lovely lady and her tan t-shirt came over and asked me what I was looking for when I told her we went over colors and different types and then she took my suggestions and came back with these beautiful flowers. Love these florist. They're flowers are always beautiful always long-lasting and healthy. They last a long time you just have to change the water and don't let the cat near them. That's it. Teacher Appreciation Week (as all weeks) began on a Monday, and was to end on that Friday. This was my first TAW as a parent, and somehow Monday thru Wednesday it escaped me that preschools participate in this. It wasn't until Thursday when this realization dawned upon me (after seeing some teacher appreciation gifts at the preschool). This meant I had one day to do something for the wonderful ladies at my son's preschool. It's really just not the same a week late. After some deliberation, I decided on flowers. With a new baby and paying for daycare, I'm working with a tight budget. I went in to Brigette's right after picking up my baby. I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed any assistance. I told the woman that I needed 5 bouquets for TAW. I explained how much I wanted to spend and that I would need them to be delivered the following day before 3 pm since one of his teachers left at that time. The woman told me that everything would be set, no problem. She even helped me pick out a card for each teacher to go with the bouquets. The next day when I went to the the preschool, the teachers thanked me for their arrangements. They had been delivered right on time and they were all beautiful!! I was really impressed with how nice each bouquet came out and how many flowers were in each. I was very pleased with my choice to go to Bridgette's. I ordered Mother's Day flowers from here this year and it was a mess to say the least. I ordered and paid online, including 10 extra dollars for shipping before 12 so they would get here early. 12:30 comes around and I call the store to ask where they were and the person claimed she had called and emailed me saying my payment never went through (weird because I never got a call nor an email and I got a confirmation email saying it had been paid for). I then had to give her my information to make sure it actually got paid for this time and then it took an extra hour to get it prepared. When I arrived at the store it was a mess and took a good amount of time to actually get the flowers from the person. The flowers were pretty but the sunflowers died the next day, and if you can't depend on delivery services then there's no point in ordering flowers. I order around $200.00 worth of flowers and plants for my lady in Florida on May 8th. I asked for delivery on May 9th or May 10th. I was later told via web page ( never could get through to a live person even when dialing a 954#) I was in a flex delivery and would be between May 9th and May 14th. I did not understand this but even accepting this; it is May 14th and no flower delivery. Again, I get no help from the web page and when I dial I am pushed back to a 15 minute automated response. The best customer service I have had in a long while. Brigitte bent over backwards, sideways and every other way you can think of to help us. My Mom sends me a very specific bouquet of flowers every Mother's Day because she says "She wouldn't have a Mother's Day without me." This year she decided to use AvasFlowers to order the $100 Premium bouquet. Avas is an order broker. Avas submitted the order to Brigitte's because they were the closest florist to the place of delivery. Unfortunately Aas didn't forward any of the very specific instructions on what the bouquet should be. They also forwarded the order as a $65 bouquet. The first bouquet I got was a lovely bouquet of mixed flowers in purples and pinks. The flowers were fresh and perky. I sent a thank you photo and text to my Mom. She called me and was very upset! That wasn't anything like what her order had been. I called Brigitte's and Brigitte went out of her way to help us get the order correct. I could tell the florist was incredibly busy with Prom, Mother's Day and a few other major flower giving events going on and yet Brigitte took the time out to address the issue personally. Making sure both my Mom and I were completely satisfied. This wasn't even Brigitte's issue to fix as it was AvasFlowers issue. Next time my Mom will order directly with Brigitte instead of using a broker. Brigitte went above and beyond and we'll sing her praises to all who will listen. Thank you, Brigitte. The best florist shop to work with.... Brigitte rescued a terrible situation for a special occasion that went all hay wire. Brigitte even sent a complimentary gift of flowers. Unknowingly, I used a broker and am still working with my bank and fraud department to regain my money. Don't use brokers, they steal a percentage of the money charged for flowers and send the work out to other florists. They come on as florists and are far from being so, Thank heavens the work went to a reputable shop. Dear Brigitte`s, Yelling at customers and practically accusing them of stealing flowers in front of 30 other people is just unprofessional. After I witnessed that happening to an unlucky and embarrased customer, 2 other customers decided to not do business with you as they walked out. Following this occurrence a lady who I assume is your mother asked me 4 times if I already paid for my flowers which I did 20 minutes earlier while I waited for my flowers to be put together. I even showed you my receipt after the second time I was asked which that really should have sufficed. But to continue yelling, asking who rung me up, and asking did I pay for the balloon?...really? if it wasn't so incredibly rude it could be laughable. This is after a sales person tried to sell me dead flowers saying I couldn't have decent looking ones because they were all reserved. Are you nuts? Then just say you don't have any flowers for sale today instead of having your sales people tell me that you raise the prices 3x`s specifically on this day and want to sell me dead flowers. Who knowingly buys dead flowers?? In the end I am extremely disappointed as this place is practically in my backyard. I really wish it would have been a great experience. read more

I wish I could give this place NEGATIVE stars. I called them on Friday, May 6th, around 4:30pm to ask whether it was too late to place an order for mother's day. The woman, who was very sweet, said no. I placed my order, totalling $95 for a beautiful arrangement (or so it looked online), and at the end, I asked- what time would it get to my mother's home? The woman said they were very busy, but by 5pm. I asked AGAIN - but it will be there on mother's day? And she said yes. Now, it's May 8, 8:30pm, and no flowers. No one called me to tell me they would be late, (if they arrive later tonight, I will update, but I will still be incredibly disappointed. I could have handled 5:30, maybe even 6pm, but now, Mother's Day is over, let's face it). I called a flower shop prior to this place, and when I asked: is it too late to order? The guy told me, yes, he was too busy. I said thank you very much, and I hung up. I am livid. I would have ordered from a different florist had this woman said that they would not be able to deliver the order on time.
