There is absolutely nothing in my portal. No Legal Services Needed Form. No messages. No case. No upload section. Nothing. Despite this, I have called multiple times, left voicemails, and sent three separate emails requesting assistance. I have received absolutely no response. No callback. No email. No acknowledgment. Today, I received another automated email stating that if I do not complete the paperwork in my portal within two weeks, my case will be cancelled and closed. The problem is there is no paperwork in my portal to complete. The firm has never made it available to me despite my repeated attempts to get help. I am now being threatened with having my case closed because I have not completed forms that do not exist in my account and that I cannot access. The complete lack of communication and failure to fix such a basic issue is unacceptable and incredibly frustrating.

A case he supervised was dismissed with prejudice for legal errors that competent counsel would have avoided. He has a pathological aversion to risk. Every opportunity to press an advantage was declined. Every extension opposing counsel requested was granted without condition. He will accommodate the other side indefinitely while billing you for the privilege. If you retain him, you will need to bird-dog every single filing and request. His execution is abysmal.
