But they did not take the time to understand my project, and so they consistently were unable to complete the project. The 2 month project has now stretched more than a year, and even though they continue to assure me that they would never let me down, they are clearly no longer working on it. If your project is very simple, they might be ok. But if there is any complexity at all, forget it. They will try but if it's too hard they will abandon the project. Calls for resolution have resulted in apologies followed by that even in "escalated mode" resolution of the issue might take several business days. So let me get this straight: Aldelo makes a mistake, we correct it over a year ago, now we're "punished" for their mistake AGAIN, and are told it will take several days for a resolution?? Simply unacceptable. Never mind the poor tech support, long hold times, dismal software integrity, and frequently needed reboots. Look elsewhere for restaurant/food service software! Caveat emptor.
