What made my experience unique was that I dropped the suit off and requested it for the day before Good Friday. When I did not show the attendant attempted to call me and when I did not answer, he left a note on the door of the cleaners asking me to call him so he could meet me there on the holiday. Recalling this reminds me of how kind and considerate people can be to others. It was a difficult time for me and I wanted to let you know how grateful I was for your compassion and concern. Looks like a family business and the front area is small so with covid restrictions it's only 1 customer at a time. Was greeted by a friendly gent upon entering and they have a small change area for you to use right behind the counter if required. He asked me if I wanted the hem length to break (slightly longer with a small crease in the pants) or just straight to the heel (for a cleaner/polished look). I really appreciate this level of detail and have never been asked this in over 25 yrs of getting pants hemmed. My questions about taking in an OTR suit were also well answered. I will definitely come here for all my future tailoring needs.

Good service, honest pricing and good quality. They send the dry cleaning out to be professionally done at a very reasonable price. I think they will be bringing in some machines soon to also offer basic alterations like pants hemming. I'm excited to see the place after renovations are done. I will say, I know the owner and they did the most amazing job cleaning my very gross looking UGGs. I don't even usually care to clean it but I really messed it up this year with the salt and dirty snow. I didn't want to store it with my clean stuff in that condition. Obviously, our winters are extremely long and I've since worn them again, but I know who I'm bringing it to at the end of the season! Parking is a bit tricky depending what time you come but there's always someone leaving so I haven't ever really had to park super far. I've only been here on weekends though. We asked the staff for help and the worker was unable to turn off the machine or change the setting. She proceeded to scream at my mother and when we asked to speak with management, physically threw the phone on the counter towards us. Management made her give us credit for another machine to rinse our laundry and when my mother tried to explain that she was grateful, the worker plugged her ears and started yelling. She stopped only to say that she prays we will never come back. After such a traumatizing experience, we absolutely will not be coming back!! Businesses should remember that the only way they will remain is with continued patronage, and such actions are detrimental to their business!

This newly discovered place, Cedatgreen has done an excellent job and for $10 each 2 piece suit! It will take a couple of days to get your dry cleaning back. The Greek lady there also does alternations and hemming as well. She's pretty funny to talk to. Very nice lady. I had tried this dry cleaner a couple of times before posting this. They are also a coin operated laundry mat as well. Give them a try, if you are in the area. Don't think you'll be disappointed .

I believe it was the owner, but he was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The price was also very reasonable! $60 for hemming a multi layered gown and taking in the shoulders (and he even pressed it for me as a complimentary service). Compare this to the $50 at Stitch It in the mall that I paid about 7 years ago, to hem a cheap polyester dress! This shop will now be my go-to in the area for alterations and dry cleaning.
